Quality Inn

The customer service was above and beyond and would like to recognize it! Krystal was accommodating from the first phone call til check out. Would highly recommend to anyone. They keep the place clean and were willing to accommodate us even though it was a difficult situation. Above and beyond to make our stay overall really great! Oh and the fresh waffles were insanely tasty! Thanks again!

Very friendly desk person. Soft and comfy beds. Coffee was hot and plentiful in the morning. Great waffles and yogurt, etc!!!

Room looks good to me no other hotel allows pets truck is at the TA shop until the morning so i called around and quality inn fits our need which is accepting a pet and a clean room $15 dollar pet fee

The beds were comfy, and service was with a smile. The pool is also very 👍. The hotel itself is sat back off the road, which makes for a very quiet night. Breakfast was also perfect for the grab and go lifestyle of the road trip, sausage/egg/biscuit sandwich, coffee, apple, yogurt, and a honey bun! Waffles and cereal for the kids of course. Also, lots of close ground floor parking. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and smelled refreshing. Starting from Krystal at the front from check in until check out was amazing. She was very friendly and super nice. The other staff was very helpful too. The cleaning staff

made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I give this hotel 5 stars. and if in the area again I will definitely stay here again

Very quiet, and peaceful. The room was clean, and everything worked fine. Didn't see any bugs. No one bothered me. Staff were decent. I'd definitely stay again.

Clean room, comfortable beds with thick pillows. Rolling desk made it easy to sit the kids down for our cracker barrel takeaway dinner. Lots of plug ins for charging devices, hair dryer and coffee pot worked well. Water pressure in shower was good and hot water lasted well. Grounds were well lit and safe for a woman to walk a dog at night alone. Staff very friendly, and decent breakfast options.

Especially grateful to get such a good room here after the trashy red roof across the street didnt honor our reservation, and tried to cram our family of 4 into a king room with a twin pullout. We were SO much better off at this hotel.

This hotel was the only one in the area that gave a sense of comfort. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with no place to go as a woman by herself. Tried several hotels and they all turned me away. I totalled my car and had nowhere to go. The woman at front made me feel completely safe as I approached. I truly felt like I was in good hands.

This is a very nice Quality Inn. Great Staff, Great Rooms, Great Location. Great Wifi Too. I am a Diamond member and they treated me like a diamond by far. They acknowledged me, they took care of me. They made me feel welcomed. As a frequent hotel guest. I rate hotels on 3 things. Service, Cleanliness and Wifi. This Quality Inn rates the best in all 3 categories. The best part of all was. They made me feel very welcomed. That is a great feeling, cause I travel 90% of the time. So, it's nice to feel welcomed...... Thank you for the wonderful stay.... I'll be back!!!!!

It was a very nice room clean good hot water and very nice staff. My husband drives a truck he did not have to ask for the truckers rate she offered it. I worked in a motel for 17 years and thats good service. I give you guys a 10 on staff and a 7 on housekeeping and thats only because its am older hotel. We enjoyed our stay

Clean place, the room was nice. Minifridge and microwave, nice pool, and decent breakfast (standard). The TV was 42 inch, good reception, 2 premium channels. I'd reccomend this place, it is just off of the interstate, Cracker Barrell so close it was basically in the parking lot. The Steak and Shake is closed for good here. The front counter staff were friendly and efficient.

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied with the room and service. We got a clean room with queen bed and plenty of comfy pillows. Breakfast next morning was great, too! Staff was very courteous and helpful and made us feel welcome. Would definitley stay here again!!

This is a clean and safe place with good reception (people) and amenities that are available. Not on the list, available. And work ! This is my 4th Quality Inn this week and this is by far best and best overall hotel I think I ever spent in. Really. Even the two cleaning ladies were sweet and friendly, will definitely come again when near. Thank you Madison Quality Inn.

June 27, 2020 We were traveling from Galveston, Tx to Fayetteville NC (Fort Bragg). The room we reserved from Comfort Suites in Atlanta, Ga. was canceled by the the hotel literally 3 minutes before we arrived. The excuse at about 6:30 PM was that the toilet in our room didn't work. Odd time to discover that. an hour of excuses later we proceeded down the road and managed to reserve, through Price line, a room in Madison at the Quality Inn. We did not arrive in a good mood.
When we got there Priceline had not billed the room accurately. The front desk (P Nash) spent an hour straightening this out. She was polite, resourceful, and finally got us into the last room available. Thank You!

I enjoyed myself. The room was nice and clean.

I know this is a Google 2 star rated Motel but the cleanliness alone makes me give it a 5 Star!
The night girl Alexandria was very very helpful on the phone as I called in advance and she gave me a great rate!
I will stop again!

Staffs were friendly, breakfast choice was okay. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Room was very nice other than a little hair left in the tub. The front desk folks were great!

It is very comfortable and convenient to everything in Maggie Valley. The price and rooms are much better than the Clarion.
