Farmview Cafe

First visit. I've driven by many times and am glad we stopped this time. You can order a country food meal cafeteria style or you can place an order from their menu at the counter. The fried chicken was very moist and "southern," in a good way. The pot roast was a bit onion-y for my taste but my husband enjoyed it. Seating is plentiful. We went at lunch time on a Saturday and had no problem finding a table. A worker comes by and gets your tray and dirty dishes but no real wait-staff and none was needed. Drinks are self-serve and everything you need is laid out. The portions are larger than they appear and we left with food still on our plates. They have an ice cream counter where you can also get milkshakes, but we did not try the ice cream.

The Farmview Market is connected and definitely worth a visit as well for their fresh meats, produce, baked goods, and variety items.

I love stopping at Farmview when I'm coming through the state. Not only did I eat breakfast 😋 but I picked up some creole soup and fire cider.

We stopped on our trip to Atlanta. The cafe was pleasant with tables and booths. You go to the counter to order from the posted menu. We got a pecan crusted chicken sandwich and a smoked chicken salad sandwich. Both were delicious. The pecan crusted chicken sandwich was hot and the best of both choices. We chose French fries as our sides and they were golden, crispy, and out of this world. I usually use ketchup, but these were amazing as they were. We enjoyed walking around the market afterwards and I bought some of the grits that were recommended by another reviewer. I look forward to eating there again on our next trip through.

I love great food, here you can buy for home or eat in and it does not take long to realize. Life is too short 💔 to buy cheap food. You are what you eat. A fantastic source of wholistic foods for a healthy mind and body. Great selection of 🍯 honey. I can tell you how much I trust the selection and sourcing.
It's worth the special trip and time to experience great grocer attitude you just do not see much anymore.
Gordon at the meat counter is very helpful. The whole grew is kind and generous of their time to serve.

Delicious fresh salad for lunch. Hot buffet available too. Ice cream bar. Boiled peanuts. Fresh ground peanut butter. Lots of farm goods to purchase, prepared meals, meats and more. Definitely check this place out!

Must go. Amazing place. Lots of space. I ordered a veggie bowl and it was amazing. You can also add your choice of meat to it. The veggies were just the right amount of burnt which made it delicious.

We just made our 265th visit to FarmView (they must be doing something right). Sadly, today’s buffet was VERY disappointing! The green beans were inedible, the black eyed peas were under cooked and crunchy. The cornbread was not up to their usual standards. The salmon was acceptable as was the broccoli casserole. We will be back but may not chose the buffet!

I love this shop. Vegetables, soup fixings, desert, and snacks. The cafe has really great service and food. I don't normally like seasoned French fries, but theirs have a really good taste. We will definitely be back when we're in this area again!!

Great healthy lunch option off of I-20(exit 114)! Locally sourced produce, an expansive food market and coffee & dessert. This is a fast casual southern restaurant with a market attached. Great stopping point if you are traveling eastbound.

This is a hidden GEM along I 20 in eastern GA. I only spent an hour here, but I wish I lived in the area because I would eat here every day forever. I will definitely find my way back to this establishment. I wish I could give more stars!

Love eating here. Miss being able to get chicken livers. I'm not a fan of the new metal tray/plates.

More than a cafe. This place has wonderful food and atmosphere but there is more. There is a market with many locally produced products. A must visit when you are in the area.

Great food. Have wanted to come here for a while. The fried chicken was very tasty. My husband said his Mississippi pot roast was delicious. The peach cobbler was yummy!!

Wonderful place! The food is delicious (especially the fresh buffet), the whole place is cozy and clean, and the market is fantastic! Our family loves visiting Farmview. We always leave happy and with full bellies.

Love this place for a stop on the way from Atlanta to Hilton Head. We try to time it for their wonderful lunch and then grab some of their take and go meals for our trip. They have an amazing butcher and a lot of fresh veggies.
Wish there were one closer to Atlanta!
