Paschal Orthodontics - Madison

We have now used Paschal Orthodontics for 3 members of our family: my son, my daughter, MYSELF...and soon my youngest. The staff is always helpful, welcoming, professional, and timely. Being able to use the Smile Doctors app helps to save time on not having to actually be seen IN office....which for a busy, full time working mom this is a bonus. If you are need of orthodontic care, Paschal's is the perfect choice.

We adore the Paschal team! They treat us like family! My oldest is a patient but they care just as much about my two year old as they do my oldest! Everyone is so sweet and we especially love Mrs. Lisa ❤ hands down the best in what they do!!!

Massage chairs in the waiting room, complementary drinks, the tooth brush station, this place is 5 stars for sure!!!!

Paschal Orthodontics has became part of our family. Me and my son always look forward to going to our appointments because every one in the office always have shown us that they care about us even outside of the treatments. Me and my son will always be grateful for what Dr.P has done to give us the best smile ever. Yes we were a difficult case and there were times I would leave the office crying but I put my trust in them and it all came together at the end and we have the most amazing smile ever!!!

Miranda and everyone at Dr. Paschal’s office gave our family the warmest welcome from the moment we entered the door for our consultation. Smiling faces, massage chairs, approachability, hot cocoa bar, and jokes to make the kids feel right at home were all icing on the cake! My children are actually excited for their next appointment to the orthodontist! I am extremely happy with our family’s decision to use Dr. Paschal’s office.

Dr. Pascal and his team are amazing. My little girl has anxiety and the whole team at Pascal was amazing with her. They were patient and spoke to her the entire time. When we left she said she was so thankful that we came there because she knows they will take good care of her. We couldn’t have chosen a better fit for our family.

Dr. Paschal saw my daughter, Reagan, for her initial consultation today. Miranda, Andrea, and Lisa were so personable and knowledgeable. Reagan felt so special and she even said she was having fun! Dr. Paschal did not recommend any treatment at this time and placed her on a recall. I love that he treated her like his own daughter and didn’t jump to treatment. The best experience for my nervous little girl!

*UPDATED* We went today for our first consultation. We were blown away by the friendliness and expertise of their staff. Everyone was so welcoming, explained every step, and answered all our questions. We felt like part of the Paschal family from the moment we walked in. They used up to date technology to put a plan of action together that met our specific needs. My son who is typically uncomfortable in new surroundings felt comfortable throughout our visit. They are top notch and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. We are excited to start our journey with them.

We just finished our treatment with Paschal and I couldn’t be more thrilled with our care. Dr. Paschal and his staff are attentive, caring, flexible, and strive for excellence. Over our 15 months of treatment they have been professional and have met our every need. Their office is clean, friendly, and they make the effort to know who’s coming in each day. We’ve always felt welcomed, cared for, and they take a personal approach that’s missing in most medical offices these days. It doesn’t hurt that Dr. Paschal has a great sense of humor too.
I’d choose them again and again and recommend them to all my friends.

Dr. Paschal and his staff are the best team around, hands down! They truly care about each and every patient that comes in their door. They were very helpful from the beginning and made what seemed like an overwhelming process (getting braces for my oldest) seem so much easier. The convenience of having two locations is an added bonus!! Although I don’t look forward to my youngest needing braces, I am comforted knowing a Dr. Paschal and his team are here to help me through that journey!!

I am very happy with the results from the clear aligners to straighten my bottom teeth. Most visits I had Nicole for the tech and she was terrific. She helped me learn to place and remove the aligner and was always patient and kind. I am an older patient and my bottom teeth had shifted and now they are straight again!

A good orthodontist place that has kind employees and you can tell that they care about you when you go in. Appointments are easy to make and they remind you when they are which is nice. My experience there was very good.
