My jeep broke a belt and one of the pulleys. I'm not from anywhere near there. In fact, I'm from NC, traveling alone and frightened. Once the tow truck arrived, I felt completely at ease. Reasonable prices and good people. If I lived close. I would definitely spread their name around to give them more business.

Great service and great communication. A small shop, family owned, from what I could tell. Polite and knowledgeable! We got lucky they were able to tow us within an hour, and get the transmission replaced within a week. Definitely recommend.

After quite possibly the worst thing that could have happened on our way from from Chattanooga to Myrtle Beach and having a clutch slip, we called these guys and were able to get off of the side of the interstate after being stranded for 3 plus hours, they were there in 20 minutes and got us somewhere to get the car fixed. If you wanna good person to deal with. These are the guys. Thanks again so much !

These men were so helpful and incredibly kind, we broke down on the side of the road - they got to us in 20 minutes. Not only did they drop us at the hotel but they got to work on Saturday morning, had it done before checkout, AND brought us the truck to the hotel

I really want to thank you guys and express how grateful I am for your guys’ service yesterday. And I want everyone to know these guys are absolutely wonderful. I blew a tire out on 71 N south of Harrisburg and my car battery died as well. I managed to get the tire off, but it was too dark to safely change the tire without hazards and flares to get vehicles to move over to the left lane. It was pitch black dark outside, but Scott did his diligence and found me eventually. He was able to get my spare on quickly and jumped my car. He stayed with me until the windows defogged and watched for me to have enough clearance to safely drive away. He then went above and beyond and followed me to the next exit where it was safe to check my tire pressure in the spare to make sure I could get home.

These guys provided an excellent service in moving as quickly as they did late in the evening and being polite as well. Thank you again everyone and especially Scott. Merry Christmas guys!

I truly appreciate Jackson Towing. My car stopped accelerating on the highway and I had to stop. We called Triple A and they took 2 hours to “find” a towing company to come pick me up, but never came. I called Jackson Towing and Big Bruce came within 30 minutes. He was very kind, patient, and helpful. He was very social and made sure we were comfortable on our drive home. Ask for Bruce! He will get you where you need to be.

I Highly recommend Jackson towing and auto collision. I got locked out of my 2006 Mitsubishi, and the Driver, Big Bruce came and popped the door open within a minute! He was very professional and courteous! He let me know where he was on the way to me and about how long it would take. He quickly got me back on track with my day. I can not express enough how much these guys helped me. They were there when AAA was not. They picked up my enclosed trailer that had lost a wheel assembly and towed it to their shop, and repaired it for me. They charged a fair and honest price too! I recommend them if you need any service they offer.

I got into a car accident this evening. My insurance company called Jackson Towing and they sent Big Bruce. Dispatch gave me a 45 min ETA, but Bruce arrived under time. He was fast, efficient, respectful and kind. Great service! Thank you Big Bruce!

Jackson towing is a 10 rating and a A+ + rating with the BB and B, in my book solely due to the outstanding service from Big Bruce (first time a Marine gave a Sailor a ride).
After, calling 1/2 of one star rated USAA roadside insurance paying $150 upfront and waiting 7 hours on three other tow company no shows or return calls, poor customer service topped with a 37 degree night, the amazing Jackson towing called (Big Bruce) saying were on the "WAY". He said I am coming out of Athens to you in Decatur and will arrive in 1 1/2 hrs. He showed onetime, professional and saying he get me and my vehicle home safely. From this day forward, I am calling Jackson towing and requesting Big Bruce sending the bill to 1/2 star USAA. GOD continue to Bless Big Bruce and Jackson towing service. Phillip

I had a flat tire going down US Highway 441 toward Eatonton Georgia, I called Jackson towing and they were there within 20 minutes and fixed my tire perfectly. I highly recommend this business for roadside assistance, he has a wonderful family! Thank you for saving my day!

Called roadside assistance from Liberty Mutual. It took a while, but they did arrive and took my car to their towing & repair location. They figured out what was wrong very quickly, but the part had to be special-ordered. They tried to find a rental car for me (no dice - it was Christmas weekend and nobody had one), then took me back to the highway to meet the friend who was picking me up. When the part arrived, they installed it and it was they exact repair my car needed! They were very helpful all the way through.

I absolutely love Jackson Towing! Big Bruce resuced my daughters and I when we had a flat on the side of I-20!!! Not long after I called my insurance company (15 mins), Bruce called me to ask exactly where we were, what the situation was, and gave an appropriate ETA 😁 He was curious, respectful, and did not ignore my babies! His customer service is amazing and not hard on the eyes at all 😍 Wonderful, fast and engaging service!! I wouldn't mind getting another flat just to deal with and see him again!

Had my Yamaha 750 die on me in the middle of downtown. Called one towing company and waited 2 hours and the guy never showed. THEN I called Jackson towing and Big Bruce came in clutch. That guy is a true pro. Can't say enough about the guy. Very professional, quick and efficient.

I use jackson Towing for all my towing needs located in madison GA, this guy is the most dependable I have come across and he's not even charging you per mile he's charging you a fair price. very rearly he need the exact adress , you tell him the city and he will give you a good price. He have moved big and small vehicles for me and never done a bad job
When I buy vehicles and need it to reach my home I dont even call a tow truck that is local in the area I just call mr jackson because no other tow service is cheaper and more reliable.

I want to personally thank Big Bruce for rescuing my vehicle after 2 other towing companies didn't show up or answer their damn phones. Turns out it takes a fellow Marine to get the job done.
