Was in the area, visiting this location from jax. Fla. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Food was fresh and hot. Didn't have to wait long and the staff brought the food to our table. Would recommend if your in the area.

I have now passed through here on 2 separate occasions, and both times were blown away. The store is SO clean, food yummy and fresh, and the cashier, Emaria, is the sweetest. She treats you like you aren't at a fast food restaurant.

Our KFC back home in Trussville, AL is terribly managed. It’s so bad we haven’t had KFC in over a year. On our trip back home from Charleston, we decided to stop by this KFC. To our delight, the place was spotlessly clean (including the bathrooms), the floors were absolutely spotless and not slippery, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was exactly how it should be: fresh, hot and delicious! If you are traveling down I20 and looking for lunch near here, make it your stop. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!!!

I went to KFC and tried their new chicken wraps and it was delicious. I wanted to wait until I got home to try them but I couldn't and once I bite the first bite I fell in love with it and I'm going back have some more.

The ladies working helped us so much! Clean bathrooms. Good food!

Popcorn chicken amazing the fries the best in the world but they got rid of the popcorn chicken and replace it with chicken nuggets bring the popcorn chicken back pls

The food was delicious. The lady behind the register was very kind. Greeted us as soon as we walked through the door...and with a smile on her face. (You don't hardly see that anymore.) She even came over as she was cleaning tables when the dining area started clearing out to ask us how everything was. That says a lot.

The location was so clean . Always notice upon arrival. Very friendly crew. Chicken was what I was craving, and this was fresh, hot, moist, and the flavor was spot on. The potatoes were hot and tasty. The biscuit was fluffy and had a good flavor. The music was playing , and a bit loud, but not enough to bother my chicken !...lol..
Definitely will return to this location. I live within 25 minutes of 3. And Madison, Ga. Was definitely the BEST...I was not paid to give my opinion.

This KFC is by far the best I've been to! The customer service was impeccable, Ms. Ariana & Ms. Sarah were very polite and attentive! Made me feel good to see that there is still great customer service out there in fast food... Keep up the great attitude ladies and kudos to the their manager(s) they played a role in the training I'm sure

We don’t leave reviews much but we just had to leave one this time..... KELI was OUTSTANDING!!! Got all of our orders correct with such an amazing attitude! When we pulled up to the window..... our dog was barking at her and what she did was give the dog a milkbone treat! By far the BEST fast food service we ever had! 👏👏 perfect role model for customer service! Thank you Keli! Also food was hot and crispy! Nothing to complain about what so ever!

Food here is always consistently good. Never had a bad tasting meal here and they always get the order correct as well. Love coming here, delicious food! Staff is always friendly.
