Easy little walk shaded by trees! The dogs loved it. Only downside was the trains can get pretty thin at some point but nothing unmanageable. Pretty flat walk, too

This was a very scenic path. I loved the well marked trail! There was plenty of parking. The only thing was there's no incline but a good walk in nature!

Really nice well kept trail! Perfect for a walk to run! Great for dogs

Saw mainly males so if you’re a female alone you may not feel the safest in the shaded areas

Plenty of parking

My wife and I truly enjoyed walking in the Heritage Park’s trail. The 3 mile out and back trail shares some of nature’s beauty and charm as you walk through the park, revealing old structures, singing birds and paved walkways. Mableton has a wonderful gem in their neighborhood.

Beautiful area. You pull into Heritage Park and first thing you see is a nice wooden overlook. Then you walk a little and get down to this bridge that’s half a foot above water, it goes for a ways. I love a good bridge walk and water scene. The trail is easy to get around on, nothing too rocky or steep. Overall nice views and an enriching experience with my family.

Beautiful park with wooded hiking trail, offers plenty of shade along the water. Be sure to bring insect repellent, the mosquitoes can be pretty terrible. The trail can be rather muddy after it rains, but the beautiful views are worth it!

Great place to hangout and walk the trail. Had an awesome time hanging out in the pavilion and doing a photoshoot. Plenty of natural shade from trees on the trail. Long board walk with little traffic, pet friendly trail, relaxing pavilion.

A trail that starts clay and switches to dirt and stone, go all the way to Concord covered bridge and see the old wool ruins!

Great walking trail that connects to the Silver Comet trail. Runs along Nickajack Creek and has some old Cotton Mill ruins originally constructed in the 1800s.

Not 100%, but I think the trail.is about 3-5 miles.

This is a gorgeous park with an elevated boardwalk to start off with which leads to a bigger trail through dense trees. It’s narrow so I’m not sure if strollers would fit but it’s perfect for the whole family (including pets) to walk through.

I love to go for runs and walks here. It’s a dirt trail that connects to comet trail. Most of the trail runs along side a small creek and it’s shaded by trees.

Great hike! A very pretty and well kept park. It offers a nice tranquil hike that’s about 2 miles round trip. It’s a very easy hike not much skill required. You get a nice view of a creek and some old mill ruins. I enjoy coming here!

Nice! This is a short 10-12 minute hike along the boardwalk at Heritage Park. Tons of parking and they have benches and Public bathrooms. Good for a quick 30 minute getaway for lunch or a brisk evening walk at sunset. Bring bug spray in the summer.

Heritage Park is a nature trail rather than a traditional park. Most of it runs along Nickajack Creek, which makes the trail a very scenic hike. The trail is not very long at just under 2 miles but it does connect up directly with the Silver Comet Trail for those looking to do a longer walk. There are some historic stone building ruins that add some nice scenery near the connector to the Silver Comet.

Be aware that other than a raised wooden bridge section near the front, the trail is mostly natural dirt and rock and not stroller friendly. Great for dogs though, smooth enough for runners if you watch your footing. Mobile connectivity in different parts of the trail is a little spotty in places but generally fine overall.

It was great! Pups had fun, very clear trail and there even places to sit and rest throughout the trail. It doesn't circle around to the parking so keep in mind how far you want to go because you'll need to turn around to head back to your car. There were not many trash cans or any poo baggy stations so keep in mind to bring plenty and that you may be carrying it for a while. Trail is next to a stream, perfect for swimming and splashing around with the pups 😁

This was a nice path. No inclines, but the path was flat, some board walk. There were sewer man hole up to 3 feet high. Not ask me why. Never saw anything like that
