Hennessy Honda of Woodstock

This was my best car-buying experience ever, by a mile. I can’t recommend Hennessey Honda high enough. I just got a 2024 Pilot from them, after doing nearly 100% of it from my phone. I didn’t want to go into dealerships, take test drives, sit down at desks, etc. Rather, I emailed and texted about 10 dealerships around the Atlanta area, even though I didn’t feel like driving far. Hennessey is 40 miles from my house, but they came back as one of the top two prices. Then I had a very nice, back-and-forth negotiation with Stacey and Carter from Hennessey completely by text and email, and we settled on what I thought was a terrific price. They were awesome… Very Professional, friendly, and straightforward. I sent them pictures of my drivers license and insurance, along with the Vin number of the Honda Odyssey that I was trading in, and I didn’t have to do any other paperwork online. They told me that when I came in to pick up the car, I would be in and out of their dealership in an hour. It turned out it to be 45 minutes. Carter met me instantly,, we drove around the building just so I could actually be in the car that I was buying for a moment, and then we came back in to do all the paperwork. I was a bit nervous about that part, because 10 years ago, my last experience at a different dealership was pretty bad (a dark back room with a pretty pushy salesman). This time at Hennessey, their finance person, Kyle, was super nice, and he presented all of my upgrade options and packages but wasn’t pushy at all. I felt very comfortable, and I signed everything on a monster flatscreen TV on a table that was pretty cool technology. That only took about 10 minutes total, and that was it… I got the keys and left… Pretty amazed at how awesome the whole experience was. Also, I assume that this all begins with their top management. So congrats to you all for creating a culture that really makes it a delight for your customers! Five stars! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was incredibly impressed and pleased with my visit to Hennessy Honda. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Julie Wyatt was outstanding! I was upgrading my 2018 Civic to a 2024 CR-V. Julie was knowledgeable about the different features each trim contained and explained them thoroughly. We walked the lot together to see each trim and color in person, and we took a thorough test drive on local streets and the highway. I really felt that Julie wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my purchase, which I certainly am. I know Honda’s are great vehicles and hold their value, so I know I won’t need an upgrade soon, but I’ll come back to visit Julie when the time comes for an upgrade, and I’ll proudly recommend anyone on the market for a new car to go see Julie.

Paul made our car buying a wonderful and very pleasant experience. He is very caring, with lots of patience plus no haggling. He did everything he possibly could to get us a fantastic car. Bob and I are highly satisfied with the services and assistance that were provided to us. Cannot be any happier with the car we bought.

I've gone there multiple times and every employee is professional, prompt, and polite. They offer to shuttle me home if there is a long wait, and they always wash my car for free. They are entirely transparent about pricing and are cognizant of your time.

I got a nail in my tire. I went to Honda last minute. I haven’t had expensive work done there. They said it would cost $30 and it would take 30 minutes to fix. It took 40 minutes. They apologized profusely for the wait and said the fix was free to ‘make it right’. Amazing.

My only negative comment is that it can sometimes be difficult to speak to the right person on the phone.

In-person experience has always been A+. Great job to their entire Honda team.

I was very happy about the service provided by Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and will definitely be back. I had a little issue and they were quick to take accountability I was able to explain things in a way that I was able to understand and feel more at least. Julius was friendly and amazing to work with. There was a little hiccup that they will be taken care of so I will update this if I need to but I do trust that they will do the right thing

Julius was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles. I had a 2014 Odyssey and it was time for a new car. I test drove the 2024 Pilot and loved it. When it came time to sign the paper work, I panicked thinking I might really miss my van and regret not getting another one. Julius was very patient, understanding and didn’t rush my decision. He helped me think it through and I bought the Pilot. Julius made the stressful process of buying a car much easier. Thank you, Julius!!

Got my car back from an AC compressor replacement! Thank you Jamielle! Type R owners are usually sensitive with techs touching our cars. But I took the plunge and decided to get mine replaced here.

I’ve received a loaner for the time being and got back on the road no problem! Be sure to buy your extended warranties! It saved from a $2300 repair bill! See Jamielle for your inquires on warranty work or just about anything service related. I’ve given Jamielle my complete trust when I need my FK8 worked on!

I purchased from Jacob in the pre-owned area. He is the most kind and helpful person I’ve met in a long time. I gave him my out the door numbers and he showed me what he had in my budget. After choosing a vehicle he was able to fix the minor issues without resistance. There was no pressure to purchase outside my budget and he didn’t show me anything outside of that price range so it was stress free. It didn’t stop there going into finance office was a piece of cake very thorough with the process even though it was a cash sale. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them the first was in 2006 in the new car department. I will always return there in the future for any automotive needs. I really can’t say enough, if you want hassle free purchase this is the place and Jacob and the the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful, nice and informative. Mr Ty Thornton and the service team are fast and very helpful. The other day I brought my car for an oil change and to install two tires without an appointment and they were able to complete it in less than 35 minutes! also Ty was very honest and clear explaining about other services he recommends for my car so that it is reliable.
