I recently had the pleasure of trying samosas for the very first time, and it was a truly delightful experience. Being a self-proclaimed "beef person," I hesitantly ordered both chicken and beef samosas to satisfy my curiosity.

To my surprise, it was the chicken samosa that stole the show and captured my heart. The perfectly seasoned and tender chicken filling was a burst of flavors that left me craving for more. The spices used in the chicken samosa were incredibly well-balanced, creating a harmonious blend that tantalized my taste buds. The crispy outer shell added a delightful crunch that complemented the succulent chicken filling perfectly.

Now, don't get me wrong, the beef samosa was good too, but in comparison, it fell slightly short of the incredible flavors that the chicken samosa delivered. It just goes to show that sometimes it's worth stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new.

I must say, this newfound love for chicken samosas has truly broadened my culinary horizons. It's a testament to the diversity and richness of flavors that can be found in different types of food. The experience has taught me to be open-minded and willing to explore beyond my usual preferences.

In conclusion, my first experience with samosas was a revelation, with the chicken samosas stealing the spotlight in terms of flavor and enjoyment. I would highly recommend venturing out and discovering the world of samosas for yourself, as it might just lead you to uncover unexpected culinary treasures.

Delicious! My faves.... Spicy Beef and Shrimp! These are light, crispy and very tasty! Best piping hot! So, eat right away in your car 😆 (like we did) or have a picnic at one of the available outside picnic tables. Enjoy!

After looking for a new place to patron and a new type of food to taste, I found Samosa Supreme in Bowie, MD.

When Dale came out to greet me to take my order, with his warm and welcoming manner, I knew I made a good choice. His recommendations did not disappoint. The veggie samosas (lentil and potato/peas) and rice sides were delicious!

It will no longer be a new place to me because I will come back again.

The samosas here are packed with flavor and stuffed to the max. I usually get the lentil samosas, but I've also tried the beef, chicken, and guava ones and have never been disappointed. If you want to pick them up, you should call ahead.

Had I know this place existed a while back…I would’ve been here a while back!! I absolutely LOVE Samosas!! A Samosa is a lightly crusted pastry, with a protein, vegetable, or fruit stuffed in it & then deep fried. This place has Kenyan inspired, made to order, specialty, Samosas!! Get there early, they only have curbside service & delivery…and get ready to ENJOY!!

Samosa Royale (spicy ground beef, with sautéed onions, peppers, scallions & cilantro $3.75). STAMP!! This is what I know a Samosa to be!!

Wahala Samosa (extra spicy with 3 super spicy peppers, & ground beef $3.75). DELICIOUS!! This thing was hot hot!!

Chicken Samosa (spicy with ground chicken, onions, peppers, cilantro, & scallions $3.97). DECENT. If I had something to dip this in, it would’ve hit different.

Their Samosa Notable (sweet with caramel, apple, and coconut $4.50). STAMP!! Fried pastry with Carmel, apple, & a lite coconut taste!! Winning!!

Their Jollof Rice ($2.99). Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Spicy, & fulfilling!!

Curbside service was quick and convenient. The samosas have SO much flavor and they are fresh and made to order. OMG 10/10! The spicy sauce on the side is worth it as well. Customer service was perfect, quick and friendly.

We tried multiple of the samosas and enjoyed them all! I recommend the apple and salmon samosas. The service was fantastic too! We forgot to get our order of rice and they called us to let us know we could come back and grab it. I appreciate the care they had for the food and for the customers!

Amazing authentic food that is freshly cooked to order. Very friendly staff - Dale is extremely kind!

Service was warm and welcoming. The owner took the time to explain the menu and what to expect. The food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. I would definitely return in the future.

My neighbor introduced me to the Samosa’s. I was afraid to try because I’m allergic to coconut, which is in the dessert. So far I’ve tried the Samosa Superb, Samosa Samaki, and Emerald Rice. Oh yeah don’t forget the lime. Rub the lime all over your Samosa and squeeze the juice in after your first bite. I enjoyed each bite and wish I had more. I can’t wait to order from here again. Oh yeah, they put a smiley face on my rice container. That made my day. I would have taken a picture of the samosa’s, but I ate them already 😍 Thank you!!

It wasn’t what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. It is not samosa from India but rather the East African version-either way same concept, with an ode to other African and American dishes (e.g. “ode to jollof rice and hand cut French fries. The lady was really nice and explained the menu and offered suggestions. We ordered a chicken samosa with a side of French fries, a vegetable and a lentil samosa. We drove off as I took a bite of my chicken samosa and immediately made a u-turn and ORDERED MORE!!!! It was that good!!! I highly recommend a visit.

Ok so updated review bc it’s crab season. I get the sticker shock of the crab samosas but 1. It’s less than market price for a crab cake of the same size and 2. They are BLEEPING DELICIOUS. Worth every penny.
Per usual, the others we had - Delectable (potatoes and peas for our vegetarian), Superb (chicken), Grand Crab, and Impresario (guava) - were CUSSWORD PHENOMENAL. Lastly, for some reason the app we used wouldn’t let us choose mild (spicy was the only option), so we added a note to have them all be mild. We really appreciate SS employees for paying attention to the order notes and making all of them mild. My weak tummy also appreciates it.

Surprisingly shocked on how good the food was. It appears to be a family owned restaurant selling great food out of a hole in the wall. Got lentil samosas, beef samosas, and jollof rice. Price came out to 9 dollars. Lentil samosas were light and had a good savory spice to the taste. Spicy beef was definitely a winner for me. There was great spice in the food and it was seasoned perfectly. The jollof rice. My lawdd it was amazingly. Spicey and flavorful. Make sure you out like on each entree as this enhances the food by alot. The service was upbeat and great. Note there is no dine in the store and menu is limited but they master what they sell.

I am deeply supportive of local establishments, especially when services rendered are exemplary. Thus I pen my pleasure about this new local Bowie eating establishment. Never had a samosa, and turned out to be a gastronomic delight.

I sampled the spicy beef, vegetarian and turkey treats, with emerald rice. My palate was stimulated by the rich exotic cultural spices. Needless to say, I highly recommend a test drive, and ask manager Ikam to give a quick rundown of this tasty treat.

Staff was courteous, and patient to explain this little known delight. I know I will be back often. while I love Outback, on the border, Bonefish grill etc., I believe it vital to patronize freshly prepared culinary diverse eateries in our beloved Bowie community.

Samosa Supreme is just what the name describes! Supreme flavor, supreme service, supreme authenticity! This establishment was recommended to me over a year ago by a client of mine. At that time they were open very limited days. I was super excited to find out the new hours and I go so much more now especially with operating my business in the Bowie area. Definitely a win for anyone who has an experience here!

Every bite was absolutely delicious! The salmon and veggie samosas were a highlight, as were the mango cream cheese samosas. The Ode to jollof rice was spicy and delicious Definitely will be returning and recommending to others. In the sea of chain restaurants in Bowie, this family owned place is a breath of fresh air.

I LOVE this place! Never disappointed with my food. I have tried all of their meats and still come back to the spicy chicken (supreme)! Also love the slaw and Zarda rice!!! So good. The best way to order is to call ahead and pick up the order. They make each samosa to order and it can take about 15-20 if not busy. It's definitely worth the wait

Love the flavorful lentils and salmon - innovative - samosas. My taste buds are always satisfied. There have been extended and delayed wait times since the pandemic. I’m assuming Samosa Supreme - like many very small businesses - has to rework its operational model to meet increased customer demand. If I am in a rush I will not order. So in that instance they lose my business. Perhaps they need to hire additional staff? If I have the time to wait, I may because the samosas are that good. I look forward to experiencing improved wait times.
