I ended up choosing Richard Granvold due to his many years of experience, specifically in bankruptcy, and it was absolutely the right decision! I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, and was so nervous about how the process would go. Fortunately, he was available for all my questions, and would email/call me promptly with any additional information he needed from me. He helped me through the whole process and I felt supported the whole way through! My bankruptcy was successfully discharged with zero issues, and it has completely changed my life for the better! We hired Mr Granvold for a chapter 13 bankruptcy that was later converted to a ch 7. He was very easy to work with, sent all the needed paperwork to our home, and worked with us on payment. He was very professional with all proceedings and answered all questions thoroughly. We were walked through every step of the process in its entirety.

All text messages or emails were answered within an hour. It was really nice to get swift responses when filling out the paperwork. I was recommended to this lawyer by a friend and I was so glad I listened and chose him as our lawyer. Richard makes it easy! I got my Drivers license back!!! I am beyond grateful that I found him. My bills continued to grow and then due to unforeseen circumstances my car was repossessed. I could no longer deal with all the collection calls as well as needing my car back so I sought an expert. Even the smallest debt (personal loan, bounced grocery store check, check cashing loan, etc.) needed to be included in my debts---it's the law! He wants you to come as prepared as possible, all your questions written down, ready to get to work. I found him concerned about making the best use of our time (which also impacts the final bill!). The process was easier than I thought. Making monthly payments to my collectors, no more calls regarding bills, and getting my car back...what a blessing.
