Customer service really starts with that first phone call and she exemplified exceptional customer service today and I just wanna let you guys know.

Friendl Service. A very good body shop and service department. I've been to many places and this provides the best repairs and the best body work and best auto service with any place I've been to. They are not always quickest but they consistently keep you up to date. What they like in Christmas, because they probably the busiest place around, they make up for in quality.

They fixed my baby and my insurance covered it. I have nothing but good things to say. However, I would suggest making sure you take all your things out the rental before you drive off. Smh 🙈🙉🙊

I was quoted a price and had the work done and the day I go to retrieve my truck the price was $100.00 more than actual quoted cost. Wasn't happy about that and I refused to pay the difference so the person who gave the quote paid the difference. Not a good look at all. Don't think I'll be going back there either 😡
