Quality Inn

Absolutely delighted with my recent stay at Quality Inn! The experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front desk hospitality deserves special mention. The indoor swimming pool was a definite highlight of my visit. The convenience of free parking was a significant plus. Complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise. Lastly, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining high standards. I can highly recommend Quality Inn Saint Marys and look forward to my next visit.

I just stayed here this week. It was nicer than I expected. In fact, very nice.
For us truck drivers, they do accept the CLC. He said that they have truck parking. Yes, you can get in there, but it's limited, at best. Excellent location. 5 minutes to my first stop. I would stay here again

Perfect spot. The room was clean, dated but not old feeling; it was like staying by a friends parents, not grandparents. Beds were comfy, room was clean, AC and lights were on in the room when I got in - that felt welcoming. There was a coffee maker with pods, a bottle of water, a fridge and a microwave. Everything was just right. The name, in this case is spot on, a Quality Inn.

Excellent recently updated property. Kind and courteous front desk. Very clean room and convenient to restaurants. I would highly recommend this location! Note I did not have time for breakfast so I can’t speak to that item.

I stayed here on 9/08/2022. The hotel and service were both top tier; clean rooms, comfy beds and a great breakfast in the morning. Warm and friendly customer service that made me feel at home. Cliche maybe, but it's the truth. Grant went above and beyond the call of duty when I needed help locating an item I left behind in the room. He's extremely patient and genuinely kind. You can't put a price on customer service like that. If you're traveling to/through Saint Marys Ohio, stay here, you won't regret it.

My stay here was January 14th. I grew up in this area and just came for the night to spend time with my grandkids. Our stay was amazing!! Walking inside, the lobby was very clean and well organized. Our room was also clean, up to date and everything worked perfectly! I have been to this hotel in the past and this is the cleanest ive seen it!!
I had called the day before asking about the pool, unfortunately the day I arrived the heater had broke. He had remembered talking to me the day before, and took me in the pool area and let us decide if we still wanted to use it. I was super thankful he allowed us to swim anyway, the kids absolutely loved it and it wasn't cold to us at all!! Staff was all very friendly, and the breakfast area was clean and good hot food!! Theu also allow pets for a small extra deposit. Will definitely be back here to do another weekend with the grandkids!!

My room was extremely clean, comfortable and very affordable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I am saving this motel for every time I pass thru.

Stayed here both times I went to visit friends in the area. The first half of the first trip we stayed at HI Express. But right after we left to go up to Toledo for a few days, I noticed my bracelet was missing. I had left it in a cup next to the sink- and not even 30mins later they couldn't find it.!!
So we stayed here when we came back and this place was Great.!!! Accommodating, the guy at the desk was super nice (we got in kind-of late). We couldn't get the tv to work in first room, so he moved us right away. We had a rocking chair in our room.!
Very clean. Very comfortable. Pool was clean and nice.
And when my other daughter and I came back a couple yrs later. It was the same- great service. Very clean and comfortable. They have a washer and drier downstairs so you can wash your clothes. And there is a great breakfast and or food places close by.
I definitely recommend.!

Completely surpassed my expectations! Our rate was lower than every comparable hotel in the area. The lobby was super clean and smelled wonderful, I note that because it was very noticeable. The attendant at the counter was very professional and polite during our exchange. When we walked into our room, I noticed it was a little small, but again very clean and smelled great. The TV was large and the AC ran strongly, much to my husband's delight, which he prefers his rooms frigid. Remembering what the attendant told us about the pool hours, I thought to take my daughters swimming for a little while to tire them out. The pool area was located near the lobby behind a locked door. When we entered, it was warm and the chlorine smell wasn't overpowering. The pool was wonderful, but at some point they covered their spa with flooring, so that wasn't an option, sadly.. They provided warm towels though. When it was bed time, we noticed that the pillows were very soft and the sheets buttery soft too. The mattress could have used an upgrade a few years ago, but it did the job. Now, let me tell you, the breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The associate working the breakfast area was so kind and sweet, asking if we needed anything at all and refilling the food. They offered scrambled eggs, bacon and hashbrowns! Waffles and cereal and yogurt. The coffee was delicious as well. Definitely a great stay and totally worth the money!

The staff was amazing and the housekeeper Jacob did an amazing job with the room. I loved how the towels were folded in such a pretty way! They were super accommodating when I needed a late check out as well. 100% recommend

This is the cleanest Quality Inn I have stayed in. The staff is friendly. The Assistant Manager Grant checked me in. He is focused on customer service. I spend over 200 nights a year in hotels. I can attest that this level of service is extremely rare.

Great experience at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. The hotel appeared to be full but yet it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and efficient starting with check in. Would definitely stay her again and recommend to family and friends.

My family and I have been displaced from our home due to tornado damage. So thankful to have such a clean, comfortable place to stay with our children. The staff is excellent!The accommodations are excellent! The free breakfast is fantastic! A big thanks to Shirley M for checking in on us every morning while we had breakfast and for making us feel like we matter!🤗

Very nice place! Enjoyed our stay! Julie did a nice job making sure our room was in great shape and Shirley M. made sure the breakfast items were stocked and the tables kept clean. It would be nice to have a non-dairy milk alternative available at breakfast for those who are vegan or lactose intolerant, but that is just a suggestion and not a criticism. It’s also possible that it was there and I just didn’t see it. In any case, we would definitely stay here again if in the area—were here to see Dan Baird and Homemade Sin at Rhythm & Brews 33 in nearby Wapakoneta.

We had a great experience. We had a home emergency so had to take a hotel for the night. We arrived around 9pm and were checked in quickly. I believe her name was Eleena even offered to keep the pool open a little later for us so the kids could swim. We all enjoyed it very much! Our room was nice and clean and the breakfast the next morning was amazing. Thank you for the amazing service!

Really nice place to rest your tiredness away. The staff is super nice, and helps without hesitation. Breakfast is tasty, a little something for everyone. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Celina or St Marys. I know I will be staying here if I visit again. Thank you again for everything!!!

I am very pleased with my experience at Quality Inn in St. Mary's, Ohio. The staff and facilities were very nice. Rebecca helped me register over the phone and then helped me check-in at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. Shirley provided a wonderful breakfast and was very kind. The breakfast was very good and had many options. My stay was relaxing, restful, and fun. I plan to stay here again.

Room was clean and quiet. Desk clerk was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was hot and had a great variety of food. Despite the clear glass tables, Shirley kept the tops immaculately clean. Food was plentiful, even in the last hour of service.

Nice friendly staff, very clean, great location near food and shopping. We stayed 4 days and i must say i am very pleased. Housekeepers are awesome with making sure our room had everything we needed. Brittney one of the housekeepers went up and beyond by helping us and pointing us in the right direction as we have just moved to the area from Michigan and are looking for housing... Thank you to all the staff for making us feel comfortable and very understanding as we have 3 young kids that have alot of energy

Disappointed they don't have any jacuzzi rooms or a hot tub anymore. The front desk clerk Rebecca is super nice. The rooms are clean and smell amazing. The pool is heated and just what I needed on a cold, winter day. The breakfast was great too! The only hotel to stay at if you're in the St. Mary's/Celina area
