Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Redmond Medical Center at Riverpark

I went there today for the first time to pickup my prescription medications. I was so Soto see how clean and well organized the pharmacy was with very nice setting area. The staff were so friendly and great to work with. It was a great experience.

Decent male pharmacist. Told me about an issue in my insurance that I need to fix. Interestingly enough no one from the previous pharmacists that I met pointed that out for me. They just made me pay the full amount as if I don’t have insurance. Thank you for going above and beyond.

This is a wonderful pharmacy. The staff are kind, considerate, and willing to do the best they can to fill a prescription. If you are reading this, I hope you consider the credibility of the writers of the other reviews. Their judgments seemed quick and without merit to me. I’m happy to have the privilege of access to such a great pharmacy. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. The pharmacist has always been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Parking here is confusing because it’s pretty much in an apartment complex? They make you take a number like the DOL (even if there is only 1 other person who’s already been seen).
The guy was nice but the location is really what bothers me. It’s so inconvenient.
Anything Kaiser so far has been a bad experience though, so I’m worried to do the mail prescriptions because they’re necessary prescriptions and I don’t trust them to actually be good about getting them to me on time. I take 7 prescriptions so there’s plenty of room for error. If it was 1 or 2 I might chance it.

Beware they don't give a c*** about seniors. My poor mother has been trying to get help for nearly a year. You can't even get an appointment for a couple months out. Her EKG shows heart attack and there's no follow up calls, no follow up appointments, nothing to help her. They just don't care. Whatever you do don't pick Kaiser with your medicare plan because you can't seem to get out of it and you're stuck with no medical care at all.
