Super Jock 'n Jill

This store epitomizes customer service. Helped my kid with with her first big girl shoes, and the customer agent, Nate was super understanding, patient and helped her through no less than 20 pairs before found the fit , color and make to her liking. We didn’t realize that we were 15 mins past the store closing hours when we went to checkout; not once in our choosing process were we rushed. Would recommend this store for anyone looking to try out a good pair of hiking/ running and their everyday shoe.

We love super jock n Jill! We’ve gotten our running shoes from them for the past year since our PT suggested we visit them, and the customer service is awesome. They carry great shoes and great insoles, and we really liked the people helping us every time.

I went into jock and jills this evening. my experience here was great! didn’t buy anything this time but I will definitely be back. The workers were super helpful and helped me look through some shoes.

I’ve bought two pairs of shoes here over the years, and have had good experiences both times. Staff are friendly and helpful in making the right choice- especially considering how much of a commitment it is to buy good shoes. I tried buying online from Hoka earlier this year and ended up needing to return them- it was so much easier to just come in, and I ended up finding a different style from the same brand that works for me.

Denis V took my many health and physical obstacles into consideration and provided wonderful, helpful, patient and skilled support in providing 7 (throughout my visit...not all at once) options from which to choose the best fit for all my needs. Wow! Talk about an unexpected surprise. We stopped in to get 1/4 inch spikes for the girls track shoes. The guys working on Monday were amazing. They asked my girls about their upcoming meet, what races they run, etc. They were super friendly.

They bagged up our replacement spikes and I asked, "how much?" The young man working the counter said, "Complimentary!"

Definitely coming back when the girls need new shoes!

Anya sets the benchmark for customer service. She is an active listener, detail oriented, observant and a powerful solution provider. She accomplishes all this while creating a warm and caring atmosphere where customers feel welcome and cared for. She is authentic and knowledgeable. The shoe selection is both deep and wide. Cannot recommend highly enough.

They were very helpful, the staff never kept me waiting, they were very knowledgeable and super friendly and non judging. And they helped me find the perfect pair of running shoes for me! Will definitely be back for my next pair! If you're brand new to running these are the guys you need to see for shoes!

Love the experience of a new set of running shoes, since coming here years ago every time I gotta replace they take my old shoes and recycle them, show me similar options and an outlier, let me run around the block and I leave happy with my decision always. Great staff.

Superior service and experience! The employee that helped us was kind, patient and explored many options with us until we found the right fit, comfort and color of both shoes and inserts. When we walked out of Super Jock'n Jill we had the shoes and inserts that solved all of my son's flat feet problems. We were also advised on how to find the right shoes in the future. I was beyond grateful and relieved. Since then he has worn his new shoes on long trail walks, a mountain hike and lots of play time with friends with no complaints of foot pain. This has lifted a huge burden off my shoulders for which I am extremely grateful. If you are looking for high quality service and shoes, this is the place.

I came in last week to replace my well loved running shoes. I was well taken care of and received a multitude of options without feeling overwhelmed. They did a great job of guiding me and making sure to clear out the space as we ruled out shoes. I happily walked out with new shoes that are so supportive and comfortable!

Fantastic staff, great customer service, our family has bought several pair of running shoes here, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Bought a pair online but the size was wrong, folks in the store called Green Lake for me and got the right pair same day. Just a pleasure to work with.

I came in for a pair of Hokas and Jack did an amazing job at helping me with the various questions I had. I highly recommend shopping here at Super Jock and Jill Redmond. I had a very positive experience.

I have been to this store three times since September, and they have been extremely helpful fitting myself as well as my autistic grandson, with the shoes we needed. I wear a 10 1/2 narrow shoe and I needed 2 pair of running shoes (1 for walking and 1 to wear in the house) per my podiatrist. He sent me to all sorts of shoe stores, and none of them carried narrows, including the New Balance store, and Nordstrom's, in Bellevue and Chick's in Issaquah! But Jack and Jill sold me 2 pairs of narrow New Balance shoes, at separate times, and they were perfect. The sales guy spent the time needed to figure out which ones were right (including fitting my orthotic). My grandson wears a size 15 shoe and needed a good pair, per his doctor, and is nonverbal autistic.
The young man who helped us was very patient - he ended up with a great Brooks Shoe! (I wish they carried hiking boots).
I won't be going anywhere else to find running or walking shoes, I can tell you that, because it would be a complete waste of time after the great experiences I've had here. And they stock the right sizes!

Is it the best shoe shop in Redmond? Probably. They stock running shoes for runners and track athletes, so no fashion shoes unless your fashion style is running chic. Great friendly, knowledgeable staff who can help you sort out which shoe works for your running style.

Whether you're a newbie or experienced runner, this has to be your go to running store. I came in after dealing with a monthslong injury and Blake patiently helped me find the right shoe and insert. Thanks Super Jock!

Carl is super helpful! He helped me try on several pairs to find what worked best for my toebox. He also pointed out how my gait turns inwards and how a supportive shoe can correct that to prevent damage. Friendly service and great shoes!

I got my first pair of Hokas here and am very excited about them! The staff member gave me his undivided attention. I initially went in to try on New Balance and Asics per my doctors suggestions for my plantar fasciitis. I wasn’t sold on them, so the worker brought out some Hokas and I absolutely loved them! I got the Bondi. I appreciated that the associate didn’t rush me or seem irritated that I couldn’t decide. He was so patient and even kept putting my custom orthotics in each pair I tried on. Great place to try on shoes and get a helpful, friendly sales associate!

Jock and Jill's staff is super helpful. He found the right running shoes for my son after trying 5 or 6 pairs. Stress free shopping experience in comparison to a department store or outlet and try 2 dozens of pairs of shoes on your own.
