The nicest people work here! I always get helped quickly and they also give an in-store coupon when you bring returns here for Amazon and other stores, so it’s convenient to pick up household goods here.

I went here mainly for TSA precheck enrollment, but I needed a couple of things from there too. I didn’t know where the TSA section was, so I asked a fellow in the printing section. He pointed me to the back but he didn’t seem very friendly. My TSA appointment went super quick! I went there 10mins before my actual appt and I was done in about 5 mins, even before my actual appt time! After, I couldn’t find the thumbtacks so I asked another person from the printing section (not the initial guy) where they were, and he was very nice and knew exactly where they were located, as well as the gas duster cans. The cashier who rung me up was super kind too! I happened to mention I did the TSA enrollment and he asked if I received a store coupon for a $10 off $30; I said no, and he went and got one to apply to my purchases! So awesome—basically I got the thumbtacks for free! Thank you Staples in Redmond, WA for a great experience! I felt like it was my lucky day!

This review is only for the TSA precheck registration service. It was packed on the day before Christmas Eve. The young guy with glasses helping us (I forget his name) took everyone back in a really efficient manner staying on time and juggling walkins. The actual registration and fingerprints only took 10 minutes and I got my KTN in 3 days in time for an upcoming trip. So happy I drove from Seattle to come here!

The employees here are always so kind, helpful and quick! It was nearing closing time and busy but the cashiers still eagerly helped me load my trunk with some heavy office furniture. It was even raining lightly outside and they insisted on helping even though I hadn’t asked. This level of customer service seems hard to come across now-a-days and especially in the PNW so their service was definitely awesome!

Ibar in the print shop is seriously the best. He helps me with prints of all kinds for my business. The communication is always so quick and efficient. I also feel like he goes above and beyond to ensure I get the best bang for my buck. I have probably got 100's of prints from posters to stickers, to thank you cards and I have NEVER been disappointed once. I can't say enough good things.

Had some posters printed for my business and the services was great! Also found a lot of deals on office supplies we needed. Great service from Sky specifically.

We had visited this store yesterday for taking passport photos for my daughter. It was retake as the last one did not come out well. Brian helped us in the retake with lot of patience, ensured that the photos came out well with right lighting. He showed lot of care and i did not have to justify anything on the why we need the retake. Great customer care by Brian.

We have been helped by Fabrizio in Print Services and he was just FABulous. Our print order was a bit complicated and he went above and beyond to help us. He has been very kind and patient despite the technical difficulties. Very happy with the customer service he provided. Keep it up!!

I don't go to Staples often, but every time I do, I'm impressed with their customer service and services offered. The TSA pre-check "booth" is excellent with a friendly and extremely helpful employee. The free electronics recycling service is amazing. The selection of office and gaming chairs is great. Wish I had more reason to shop here!

Used the printing services a few times and each time I’m super impressed by both the quality and price. Ibar helped me make my wedding invites and RSVPs and they came out so beautifully! He was very helpful in setting everything up and helping me understand the process.

I came here to print signs for my wedding. Lonya and Ibar were extremely helpful and walked me through each of the paper and pricing options. The signs turned out were high quality at an affordable price. I highly recommend this Staples print location for their superior customer service.

I frequent this store and have always found what I needed. Sometimes their clearance aisles have great finds! Employees are nice too.

I work here and they treat their staff very well. The GM is a kind that listens to multiple sides of a story if conflict arises and puts trust in his staff. The other members here are friendly too.

So for anyone looking to work here, it's actually a good environment. If it is ever anything else, I will either delete or change my review. Though I doubt that will ever happen as I have been at Staples for four months and yet have to find anything negative in the work environment.

Jake and the manager were both absolutely great. I’ve had poor relations with the staples in Bellevue so it was a welcomed experience. They want you to have confidence in your purchase and help until the end.

Maria at the Redmond Washington location was AMAZING. I would recommend her services to anyone and everyone. I had an important glossy image I needed laminated. I had to print out multiple copies. 2 other employees 2 different staples locations tired to laminate my image. The lamination turned out bubbly. Maria laminated my third copy and the image came out perfectly smooth bubble free. I almost cried because this image means a lot to me. I needed it to be perfect. <3

Spectacular printing service by Max and Spencer!! They were so sweet and helpful and when Max noticed a tiny little dent in the photo, he reprinted the whole thing at no extra cost! Will definitely be using them again! Friendly, fast, and fabulous!! 😁

Needed a wireless mouse and they had several in stock. I had a question about the mouse and it was easy to find an associate to help me out. Very friendly and helpful staff at this Staples location.
