I’ve had my mammogram at Norville Breast Center for many years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The radiologists was so kind and caring. I am always given them BEST care! I LOVE the new location. They have the nicest and prettiest medical office that I have ever seen! I definitely would recommend this facility to my family and friends❤

I want to express my gratitude for the compassionate care I received from Michelle, Lisa, and Dr. Elizabeth Brown. Their combined years of experience and genuine efforts to make my dual biopsy procedure as easy and pain free as possible was a welcome surprise! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Ms. Sharee was the absolute best! Made my Wife feel very comfortable and we were in & out. Would highly recommend this place for testing & treatment!

Good signage at the hospital helped me find the office. The office was spotless, the staff were amazing! Mrs. Lori answered questions I didn't even know I had, as this was my first mammogram. Ladies it's not as bad as you've been told, the technology has come so far. A blood pressure cuff hurts more than a mammogram now. Don't be afraid to get checked out. Early detection makes such a difference. Thank you Norville for such a great first experience!!

This was my first time there. It was a calming energy the moment you walk in. The reception desk ladies were kind, sweet and professional. The young lady that performed my mammogram was so sweet and gentle. The entire experience was 5 star and I will definitely return whether my insurance is in network or not. Thank you ladies for a very calming and stress free experience :)

Friendly staff, fast service - in and out- less than 30mins. Located in Grandview Specialty Clinics. You could probably do an appointment during your lunch time. Sounds good right! get lunch, and get check-all in aid of staying healthy. Plus the place is clean and nicely decorated. Take a look at the pictures.

I had my first mammogram last year and it showed a mass. However the tech was amazing and the doctor was too. Told me to come every 6 months or if feel discomfort to come sooner and can remove. Now the only thing I don’t like is the location, bc I parked at the back and had to walk FOREVER LOL

Had two mammograms and a biopsy. The tech who did my mammogram as well as the ladies at reception were amazing. However, my biopsy left a lot to be desired. I was told that everything was going well and that I was doing exactly as I should. But after an area that was not anesthetized was biopsied (ouch!), the procedure was terminated without having anything explained to me. The doctor later returned and said that I was clearly too anxious for the procedure. This was also noted in my medical chart as well. Had either she or the others assisting with the biopsy simply mentioned that they needed me to do something else during the procedure, I would have happily obliged. I requested the my PCP send me elsewhere to have the procedure completed the second time. It is frustrating to have a complete lack of communication from your medical team, and then to have such an issue blamed on “anxiety.”

**Edit 1/5/23. I called Patient Care to speak with someone as directed from the business’ reply to my original review, and I never received a return call. (The voicemail states that someone would return my call within 24 hours.)

I checked the national average price of a mammogram and if it's right the cost here is twice as high. Then they send it to Greensboro to be read for another$400. If you don't have a competent radiologist here, why are you here?

I have had 2 mammograms here in the past and I did not need a primary physicians referral to have a "routine mammogram" done. I just tried to schedule one and the rude "I could care less" person who answered the phone said I had to have one. Well I looked online about having one and women OVER 40 did NOT need a primary physician referral for one. She had my date of birth but insisted I needed one. Well, I contacted another place to have one done and suprisingly, I did NOT need a referral. I just needed to provide my regular OB/GYN doctors name. Norville needs to hire people who actually care about their job, KNOW the actual requirements of what's needed and treating patients with respect!

My appointment for a mammogram was at 4:40pm. The reason I chose this time is because my work day ends at 4:30pm. There was heavy traffic, couple that with the loss of visibility due to the sun going down, which also made it difficult to view building numbers and directional signs on the hospital campus, all resulted in my being late. As I stepped in the bldg at 4:55, the elevator didn’t come when called, so I then ran up the stairs, out of breath, to find no one there to greet me. I waited 3 minutes and someone came and told me, quite carelessly, that they only gave me 10 minutes past my appointment time to get there so they shut the machines down and left.
All that being said, this facility shows absolutely NO compassion towards their patients. No empathy nor understanding was expressed. I wasn’t even asked to reschedule. At the end of the day, I am a 50 year old patient concerned about my breast health care and felt as if this facility did not.

I confirmed prior to my mammogram appointment that it would be covered 100% by insurance. I then received a bill for $775 from Norville and an additional $135 bill from Greensboro radiology. They gave me an ultrasound without telling me it was NOT covered. I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone filing appeals. This place is unethical and lies to patients.
