I love me some Target!!!! I have a passion to decorate for events and holidays or just any reasons. I really like to shop for different decor. Target has stepped their game up with variety of decorations and other products. You will not be disappointed.

Great customer service for my return/ exchange process… I love the exchange policy for diapers too since I had a registry with you all.
The neatness of the store also makes you want to shop more and the reliable carts for my baby’s car seat is super appreciated! Very smooth ride!

We went in to the Starbucks inside of the store. We decided to pick up a few items while we were there. Very good shopping experience.

I had a great experience at Target in Burlington, NC. The employees were very friendly and helpful with reaching items I was unable to get. I also had a question about the price and another employee scanned it for me right in the isle. The cashier was super nice as well. I felt great when I left the store. I will go back.

The manager/supervisor that was on duty on 6/8/23 after 5:00pm (female) went out and beyond her way to find the umbrella I was searching for. But online, the store indicated they have 9 in stock but none was on the floor. So the manager went to the back stockroom to look for the umbrella I wanted and found them. Thanks for the awesome customer service.

Big thanks to the staff member at the self checkout who helped me resolve a Red Card issue! As an introvert, I normally don't like interacting with staff at the self checkout because it defeats the purpose, but this time it was actually helpful and I'm very grateful for that.

I love the Drive Up service at this location! Staff is always kind.

When looking for our two Elf on the Shelf for our grandchildren on Thanksgiving, we couldn't find them. Target to the rescue. Went online and ordered them Thanksgiving night, received a notice first thing Friday morning that they were ready to be picked up. I was anticipating and prepared for a long wait since it was Black Friday, but much to my surprise and delight, it was super fast. I drove up, clicked on the link that I was there and a very polite and friendly young man was out to my car with my order in less than 5 minutes. Extremely pleased with the service!

Had Christmas today as my cashier at Target in Burlington. She was a Ray of sunshine. Super friendly! Too many places now that you don’t experience great Customer Service so I’m giving her the recognition for her outstanding service.

Target has great deals on many items from toys to clothing. This location has been working hard to keep aisles stocked. Looking for some makeup for my daughter, the associate in that department was very polite.

Best Target store I have ever been to. The store was well organized and the customer service was the best. There was a manager there named Bryant who was super polite and very helpful... which was very refreshing. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Love shopping here, always organized and good deals with Cartwheel app and coupons. A little pricey but better quality than Walmart. Love the drive up service and employees are always courteous!

Ordering was easy, item was ready within the time they gave me and most important the item was in stock. Black Friday is always busy and crazy and sometimes people run low on kindness and patience . . . however, the staff at the Burlington, NC store was friendly and very helpful.

1)Even if you have a credit card and don't want another, get a Red Circle debit card linked to your checking account. Save 5% every time you use it at Target.
2)Use the Target app and find additional specials while you shop there.
