The manager Tara Houston is very good! She knows her stuff and she’s always nice, happy and willing to help with anything you need help with. I highly recommend if you need a part please ask for Tara and she will assist you.

On vacation from PA , and needed some parts. They were extremely helpful.

Went in on the 4th of July and asked for help determining if I needed a bulb, fuse, or headlight replaced. Mike came out to my car and after working around found that it was just a bad connection and I didn't need anything. He went above and beyond with awesome customer service and even double checked to make sure I had a working headlight. I appreciate the honesty and integrity, especially when dealing with mechanical work. He was also very kind and refused any kind of payment for helping me out. Great work ethic and great human.

I went there to use their code reader lady said she had to do and said she could not clear the code very rude lady. They have always let me use it before.

Traveling I-40 yesterday and had some truck trouble. The manager, a young fella called Brad, ( I think), went above and beyond helping me get back on the road and back to work. He was both professional and personable the entire time he was helping me. Service like this will keep me shopping at AutoZone. Definitely a 5 star experience with a real asset to the brand.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I was terribly in need of new windshield wiper blades so I stopped by my local AutoZone and as always they do not disappoint. The man who assisted me was extremely nice and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He even took the time to explain to me the different types of windshield wiper blades they had to offer and which one would be a best match for me personally. After I had been checked out he even offered to replace my old windshield wipers with the new ones free of charge and also fill up my windshield wiper fluid. He went above and beyond and his kindness definitely did not go unnoticed, I wish more people could be like this sales associate.

I called the store and asked if someone could come out and check my engine light, since I had my 3 yr old with me and they were out in no time. The gentleman was very professional, nice, and helpful. I was pleased with the service!

They installed a new battery in my car for me - took under 15 minutes from arrival to driving off . Fast and easy.

stopped here yesterday to pick up oil and filter when walmart was out of stock on what i wanted, glad i did because they had bundle deals on oil and filters which i bought for roughly the same price as walmart. the guy behind the counter was very helpful,grabbed all my stuff for me and asnwered any questions about what i bought.it may cost 5 or 10 dollars more here but its well worth it to what you need when you need it.a bargin aint any good if they dont have it in stock so i may get my oil and filters here from now on.

Brian (hopefully spelled correctly) was quick to greet me today when I went in the Conover store. He grabbed the car battery tester in one fluid motion, and raced me to the door which he held open for me. He tested my battery and told me I should take it back where I purchased it in case it was still under warranty. He is a perfect example of great customer service.

I have forgotten his name, but he was at the location by himself for awhile. He helped me and others and was very kind. Even tho he had trouble with installing my rear wiper and my taillight, he got it done! Conover, NC store near Walmart Supercenter.

This is my go to auto zone, the staff that was working the night I needed parts was Phenomenal. It was a breeze to get the parts I needed, I’d highly recommend Drew and Nicky for your assistance at autozone.

It was a great experience the guy that help me on my car today was very friendly and helpful he had clean my post on my battery cause it had alot of ancid on there he clean it all up for me. Thanks alot I'll be coming back here in the near future
