My grandfather used to own a garage called Killian's service center matlock's in the highest regards as a 5-star company because they are always very eager to help their customers... I have never walked out empty handed or disappointed.....because they do everything they can to provide excellent customer service thanks guys we appreciate ppl that genuinely care about their customers... This is the car they found everything we needed for and looks almost new again

The guy was such a peach, offeeree a fair price to have the part I need delivered. Not sure if it's normal but he saved my butt. Kenneth informed me as soon as he got the part an was a life savor.

I had called them for a part for my Fx35 which they had for a great price. And looked up other parts which they also had. Since I stay 3 hours away they also do shipping which only took a day. Overall my experience was great and will do business with them again

I was on the phone with Tom and I had no clue what I was doing, extremely nice and honestly talking to such a wonderful soul made my day better. Excellent customer service and I’d call again just to have a chat with Tom. Thank you!!!

We have done business with both locations for a number of years and could not be happier. Pulling parts takes time, so you have to take that time into consideration. Also, their professional support staff handles hundreds of calls each during the day from callers just like you and me. If they are focused non their total business, not just you, when you walk in, remember the type of business that you are in. As a business owner, I highly recommend MATLOCK'S people and products.

Ordered an alternator. Once I arrived I texted Angelica who had told me my part was ready and she quickly replied. Within 15 minutes she had someone out with my part in a nice logoed box.

I just picked up a motor for my box truck and the guy name Jack was very professional and a great person he help me my part with no problems overall great customer service in will update once I've installed the motor and drove my truck but thanks again Jack

Jr at the Cleveland yard was super helpful and patient considering I'm a female and I've had bad experiences dealing with scrap yards or junk yards. I highly recommend them, especially if you're not 100% with your question or part. Will continue to do business with Matlock's from now on- not to mention there prices we're very reasonable. They usually have the parts I need in stock, good shape and cheap. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. A great group of people working out front and are really food about answering the phone speedily.

As far as salvaged auto parts businesses go, this place is above and beyond! Kenneth has been absolutely awesome and I will definitely be purchasing more from these fine folks!

Bought a door for my 97 Toyota Camry. I didn't have a truck at time and was worry that I couldnt get into my car. They give me some assistance with the door helping me load it up and I was on my way!
