Associates and staff are very friendly and considerate. Dr.Chang was very professional, yet very friendly, knowledgeable and considerate to customer anxiety. Also very quick in the resolution. I was very pleased as well a very impressed.

Dr Joe Harris. Very professional and down to earth. Awesome dental work and trustworthy. Cannot say enough about what a great dentist and person he is.

I had two fillings done here, one of which was a replacement filling. My replacement filling needed a root canal only few months later, and fortunately, I went to a different office to get that done. Now I have to replace the other filling I got done here, when I had it done only in January. Fillings should last about 5 years, not under a year. My insurance doesn't want to pay for the same tooth to get filled twice in a year. Disappointed, and worse off for going here.

When Dr. Joe Harris ran this building it was very nice and felt like home. I missed a appointment due to Rocky Mountain Spotted fever and they tried charging me 50$ and wanted to see proof: I sent proof and they said the doctor would not waive the fee and they wanted me to go elsewhere . The two ladies in the front are very rude and the whole place has went to hell. I feel sorry for the sweet dental hygienist they have. This place is poorly ran and they don’t care about their patients what’s so ever . I asked to speak with a doctor several times or a manager and they said they don’t have a manager and never gave me an explanation why the doctor couldn’t speak with me . I have been here for over 5 years and I will never refer anyone to this place . By far the worst!! DO NOT COME HERE

The ladies in the front office are extremally rude!!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE FOR MY DENTAL NEEDS. I WITNESSED THEM BEING VERY NASTY. SO SAD!!
