Angelina Cafe

This was my first time being there. I saw a whole bunch of signs saying that they were voted "Best Breakfast" place in town. I went in and the place look nice and fancy. The menu was simple and there was a lot to choose from. The prices were decent for the place. I ordered the steak and eggs. I would say that I wish the plate was a little bigger. The eggs were good as well the toast. Wish the meat and the potatoes were season little more. Overall its a nice place and good food. 8/10

Food was delicious! Service was great, our waiter consistently kept check on us. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I got the French toast with cool whip and strawberries with eggs and sausage. French toast was BANGING! Will definitely be back!

Had the flounder lunch special. The waitress was kind enough to substitute fries instead of hush puppies. The serving was plenty big with 2 large pieces of fish. Service was excellent. I've heard that the breakfasts are really good so will have to try that sometime. Nice, clean building.

We were seated immediately on a Saturday for brunch at 1pm. The service was quick and the food came out very fast as well! I am a biscuits and gravy fanatic and was very happy with them! My husband had a skillet and ate it all up! We will come back again to try more menu items. Also the Bloody Mary was very good!

I came here for Sunday lunch with my large family. I fully expected to wait due to it being very crowded. I only waited for approximately 30 minutes and was given constant updates by the staff on when to expect to be seated. Once seated the wait staff was very attentive and were never hard to find. Everyone’s food came out tasting great. I had never eaten here before but I will be back. This has become one of my go to’s in Burlington for a good meal in a unique setting.

Stopped in for a late lunch with my partner. We enjoyed it! Portions are great! Prices were awesome. We both ate with an appetizer for ~$50!

I've never had a bad experience eating inside or calling in an order. The food has always been fresh and hot. A great place to dine

Been living in Burlington for awhile and an out of town friend came up to meet and he recommended Angelina's. The restaurant was exceptional in all areas. Was greeted quickly and seated. Observing all waitresses they kept busy and were always meeting the needs of the customers. Pricing was average, food as for what I got was very good. I enjoyed the pancakes and coffee. Overall a good experience and I'll be going back. Has a wide variety of menu for lunch and more.

First time ever trying Eggs Benedict and had it with the smoked Salmon on flat bread and stone rolled grits with cheese. Happy to say it was a very pleasant delight and will definitely be.eating there again soon!!!!! 😀

Food was amazing and restaurant was very clean and fresh looking. Love the paint and decor. All the comfort food you could ever want.

Simply a delightful place to enjoy Sunday brunch. The food is very good, service was well done, and the line to get in was long (35 minute wait - they call you on your phone) - and worth every minute. We took advantage of our nice fall weather, drove an hour to get here and enjoyed a great meal in this fine establishment. You should definitely check it out!

Everything here taste perfect. Literally! And the staff is super friendly.

UPDATED: I had mixed feelings in my original review of this restaurant upon my first visit, when they first opened. Even other visits. I was on the fence, but today, I'm sold! I'm a fan. I wanted a special day for a birthday surprise, and they really made it happen. Our waiter Dimitri was amazing! Treyvon was super friendly. And I feel terrible for forgetting name of the sweet blonde haired waitress that helped us, but shout out to her too! Loved the whole experience. Thank you so much guys!

This was my first time at this restaurant. The waffle and chicken tenders were good as well as the fries. The herb seasoning on the chicken tenders was really tasty. I would definitely go back and can't wait to try their strawberry swirl cake slice.

First time eating here. Crepes, coffee and service was great. Definitely coming back to try more food with the rest of the family.

My mom and I wanted to try a different breakfast spot in Burlington and I’m so glad we decided on Angelina’s Cafe. I got the waffle speciality combo with a side of seasoned potatoes. My mother ordered shrimp and grits. It was all very delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also the waiter Ryan was very attentive and polite.

I love to eat here, the prices are reasonable and the service is always great. The food has never disappointed and they make excellent waffles, French toast, etc. They also have a cute little desert section with muffins and cake slices, 10/10

Truly delightful European fare! The food is prepared so well and some of the most flavourful in the area. You must try the crabcakes and the marinated flank steak, but everything I have had has been enjoyable. A wide array of egg Benedict options are also a plus (the smoke salmon is top notch) Another benefit is that one would expect the prices to be higher for this quality of cusine..

The best breakfast place in Alamance County. They are always fast, reasonably priced, and have huge selection. Their pastries and cakes are great too.
