I haven't visited Stainback nor have I ordered from them... but I have been fortunate enough to be a recipient of several gifts from Stainback... each delivery I have received was well packaged and/or designed... Flowers were lovely & fresh and the vases were very nice. Cute stuffed animals and trinkets that accompanied the flowers always added to my smile. I never asked the person who sent the gifts if their experience was good or bad but all I know is the end results were beautiful and put a smile on my face 😊

I am. In west Virginia. I chose this florist to deliver flowers to my sister in Burlington. NC. She sent me a picture of them and they were beautiful. You don't see what you're getting over the phone so you have to trust them. I am very very pleased. With them. Thank you so much for a beautiful arrangement. I will always use this florist.

I just ordered for Mother's Day yesterday. I requested a pink plant that was on their web site. I also had a cool request, pick up a gift card at a local restaurant with great google reviews. They delivered it today (next day) and it was better than the photo. I will order from them again for sure. Thank you Stainback Florist !!! Happy Mother's Day !!!

I had a last minute need for a quick same day delivery today. (Called at 1p and flowers were delivered at 2:15p) Cameron was wonderful and made sure the arrangement was beautiful and arrived in plenty of time! It was Christmas Eve and my father's funeral was the day after Christmas. Stainbacks was the only florist open that morning. I was so grateful that Debbie was there and the flowers were beautiful!!

Pricey, but it was the week before Valentines Day so understandable. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and nicely arranged. I'd go back.

Beautiful spray for family funeral. Actually was used to go on top of the coffin. Perfect and reasonable, especially as it served a dual purpose
