This is the 2nd time I had a jacket done, it had tears scratech and color was fading and they bought it back to life like new & it also was the 1st time I had a sterling cleaned & I'm impressed beyond words

I have used McPherson multiple times since relocating to Burlington from NYC during the pandemic.

They have cleaned wool suits, dress slacks, sports coats, and dress shirts for me.

Their service has been on time, of the highest quality, and the front desk intake is efficient, quick, courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend them; they were originally recommended to me by a long time resident of Burlington, with good reason.

Finally, judging by the traffic, they do a LOT of business and it would seem that a lot of the good folks of Burlington consider McPherson to be "the" go-to dry cleaner.

I had McPherson Cleaners clean a handmade table runner I picked up abroad a while back. They did a fantastic job removing the coffee stains for this delicate fabric, all at a fair price and quick turnaround. I would highly recommend them for not only your specialty cleaning needs, but as your everyday dry cleaner! 10/10 I will for sure be going back, they have earned my business for the long term.

I found this establishment about 4 years ago. They have always and I mean always provided me with the utmost professionalism and care. They are very personable and have adhered to promised deadlines each and every time. They even went so far as to perform an alteration that I didn't realize I needed once simply because they knew I'd planned to wear the item upon pickup. I would never take my clothing anywhere else. Excellent communicators,, but even better people.

My fiancé and I decided to have a last minute wedding this weekend, and I being in the military wanted to wear my dress blues. They needed dry cleaned but unnoticed Thursday night that they were missing a patch on the arm, and I didn't have anymore and long story short I needed quite a few alterations done in order to have patches on both arms. I took my blues in on Friday morning and they were dry cleaned and had the alterations I needed done within no time. The people there were super friendly and understanding of what I needed done and the price was reasonable also for what I needed done. If I ever need alterations or dry cleaning again this is where I will go and I will recommend it to anyone. My dress blues look better than they ever have!

I have been going here for years. Sports coats, suits, sweaters, dresses. There is a reason they have been family-run here for more than 60 years. I have never had an issue, but if I did I know they would do everything they could to address it.
