Every single staff member I was in contact with was phenomenal. I requested them to text me, and I received a response to every message and within a super timely manner. They were so forth coming with all numbers or info I requested. No one was ever shady or rude in anyway. This staff works together like a well-oiled machine. When I was told I would receive a call from someone it was within the hour I was receiving that call and I never had to request anything twice. They were direct with what I could expect. The whole deal was a dream. It made me not hate the car buying process and I will for sure be back to this family of dealerships for my next purchase. We even had the vehicle delivered to us over 5 hrs away and our delivery driver was phenomenal and sang the praises of the company he worked for as well. We cannot even out into words how great of an experience everyone made this for us as a family. As a full-time working mom of twin toddler boys with a husband who works shift work and isn't home a lot this truly helped take so much off of me and for that I cannot say thank you enough to this whole dealership family.

Outstanding service, professionalism, and hospitality here. First, the service department was excellent to check out my 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport for a minor problem that needed diagnosis, and a couple of minor recalls. While they were working, Damon in Sales showed me two great new Atlases. Sad that I had to pick just one, but I did! Every member of the staff that I interacted with was great. Thanks again!

To be honest, it couldn't have been a better experience unless they had found a warranty where my service was free...but I feel confident in my vehicle's care and would recommend VW Barnes Crossing hands down to all my friends. hey are beat any other service department in our area.

Super helpful! I had a flat and they came and towed my car because I was unfamiliar with my lug nut situation, which they even taught me how to fix. They provided super timely service and kept me up to date on my service. The price was fair and they worked with me where they could. Will be going back there for my tire and service needs!

I had bought a car some years back with Deon Bates @ Barnes Crossing VW and I loved how honest, patient, and compassionate he was then; so, it definitely sent me back to him this go around. He hooked me up with a salesman James Buchanan. James took the same time out with me that Deon had. He was great! I received an oil change on Friday while they were offering a $39.99 New Years deal. I was greeted immediately and had great company the whole time I was there. They take great care of their customers and treat their customers like family! I highly reccomend this place to everyone!!

Outstanding people who do more than expected. My leasing experience was painless. Two different customer reps provided great service and taught me all I needed to know to drive away in my first electric car. They took extra steps to get me an appointment for a hitch installation and order a level 2 charger. I would definitely recommend them!

Staff was very accommodating. Explained every single service option and even gave pictures and videos. Allowed me to choose what I wanted without coercing or pushing me to spend more money. Pricing for some services were on the higher side, but I feel like the quality of service closely justifies it. Also, ask Red about the complimentary foot massage.!

Tayla was the best!! She was so helpful and intuitive whilst sharing information and answering all my questions. She helped me figure out what car would work best for me and my kiddos and explained to me how financing would work even considering my financial situation!
