Best buy has some good employees the installer was honest with me about my radio and he put a adapter plug to the factory plug so nothing would have to be cut. So I will do more business with them thanks again

Always had a great experience here and this time was little confusing.
I brought an open box monitor I told them I need check if it's working okay before I take it from the shop ( I live 1hr away ) . She gave a irritated look and started opening up the monitor in a right manner and it continued when she was putting things back together and she even tried to force close it because she dint keep the monitor properly in the box . That got me scared .
First bad experience in here among all the great ones.

I love this place, they have good prices and the staff are extremely helpful and can answer all of your questions. Bought this 75" oled tv and sound bar together right at $1000, was going to buy a 85" but he just told me the facts and got me a way better tv and a really nice sound bar system for the same price so I was super happy about it.

I had an emergency which required an external hard drive to back up my computer before taking it to get serviced.

The staff member who served us was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right drive for my needs.

I called less than 12 hours ago, set appointment and was in store a total of 10 minutes when I walked out the door with a brand new one at $0 cost to me. Great service after the sale.

Very helpful place. This is my go to place for all my gaming needs. For PC parts to xbox and playstation they have it all. They have more stuff than game stop and at better prices. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I also feel welcome here and leave happy. I would recommend this place 110% for any electronics and accessories.

Came in for an amazing deal on a washer and got an even better deal while there. They had me loaded up and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. I wish the best buys in Memphis had these employees.

Geek squad support was excellent! Roger helped me all the way through my issue and walked me through what needed to be done to my computer. Service was fast and had my computer back up and running within days. Definitely recommend using Geek squad and Roger!

Went to buy an Apple Watch. Left with an Apple Watch. The price was about $20 less than I could find it elsewhere. I think the color (starlight) is being discontinued. Staff was very helpful.

Extremely helpful to the point that you feel like you are being followed. Other times, you can find them grouped up like a huddle in football. Must be the team sprit huddle. It is usually a hit or miss with customer service. Products are fantastic and if they aren’t, you got a few days for a return and/or exchange. Just don’t get nasty with the person at customer service, they can make it a pleasant experience or make you feel like you are in the bowls of Hell and prayers won’t help. Y’all have a great day.
