Was in the there last night right before close and the worker was very nice and went completely out of his way to help me find a solution to my key fob issue. Wish I remembered his name to leave in the review.

My son and i were on a trip to Alabama from Tennessee. We had our mass airflow sensor fail. I could not remember the phone number for the warranty. They went above and beyond to find that number and they did. Got a new maf at no cost to me. I'll never forget how helpful they were.

The two guys working at the shop on South Gloster in Tupelo went out of their way to be helpful last night, close to 9 pm on Saturday April 30 2022. My “check engine” light had come on in my recently acquired 90s Saab 9.3. One of the guys researched, and reminded me that the car of that vintage shared a GM platform with a Chevrolet he himself had owned, and suggested I could likely get some solution and a part at a GM dealership. The other associate, Dakota Ziegler, had owned an older BMW convertible with commonalities to my car and it’s issues, and he found the exact conversation that addressed my specific issue on a Saab enthusiast website, and shared the information with me so I could be well equipped to seek solutions. These guys are car enthusiasts and automotive educators. They are the kind of guys a auto owner in need could only hope to find at a small parts shop on a neighborhood street USA.

Employee are so helpful. I have borrowed tools from them to do a special job. Love it when you need something checked to see if it's bad and they do it at no charge. They will put a battery on wiper blades. Great business and I earn bonus money.

Megan/Meghan is a Rockstar. I needed my break light bulb replaced. She quickly found what I needed and grabbed her tools. She went outside, identified which light was out, and accessed the panel where the bulb was. She was fast, friendly, efficient, and professional. Excellent customer service.

We were traveling from Florida to Oklahoma for a Navy reunion on June 6 2021, when our battery died in the parking lot of the hotel we were staying at in Tupelo. We called Autozone, as we use them in Florida, and when we asked about getting a new one installed, Megan told us she had it in stock and she would install it for us. One of the staff at the hotel was kind enough to jump start us and we drove to the Autozone store where Megan assisted us. It was pouring down raining and we thought there was no way anyone was going to be able to help us at that point, but Megan came out in the rain - Bob held an umbrella over her as best he could - and she professionally and quickly removed the old battery and installed the new one. She didn't hesitate to do this even with the downpour and she did it all in a pleasant, and courteous manner. Bob attempted to tip her for helping us, but she declined the offer.
Out trip was a success and we were able to make our reunion on time due to Megan. We can't thank her enough and we want Aurozone to know what a wonderful employee they have. We will continue to use Autozone whenever needed.
