AT&T Store

Kyle was my customer service representative today. He was absolutely phenomenal. I came in with several questions and issues. He resolved every one of them in a very timely manner. He had a great and positive attitude. I highly recommend anyone seeing him.

Orlando was very helpful and informational. He told me the greatest deals they had. My only priority was to get a new screen protector and he placed that on my phone for me. Def will be back to get that 15 pro max after looking at his! Thanks Orlando!

Lindsay and all the guys at the West Main AT&T store were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. They gladly helped me with my phone concerns.I am very appreciative of their kindness and true customer service! I highly recommend everyone go see them for all your AT&T phone needs. Kyle greeted me at the door. Very polite. Set me down and had my plan changed to save me some money and my iappt for internet to be hooked up in less than 20 mins. Very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. Definitely deserves a raise and a promotion

I came in with a list of crazy things I needed to change and upgrade! The employee named Lindsay assisted me and she was AWESOME! She went above and beyond to help me get what i needed. She has a great personality and I would definitely recommend her!

He was very respectful and resourceful! He answered every question that we asked him with a smile. He is also a great salesman! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Ellis was very helpful with assisting me in adding another phone to my line. He is an awesome salesman and I even left with 2 more new devices! Great Job Ellis.

Lindsay and Kyle were great. Lindsey was very friendly and helped get my phone swapped over to the new iPhone and service. Kyle was very friendly and we talked football while I waited for my info to transfer. I had a great experience today.

I came in to AT&T this morning to the Tupelo West Main store and Edward waited on me he hit a home run. He was so nice and knowledgeable with my problems he also was efficient and got me on my way. Freddy is always there and also so nice to assure me I will be taken care of. I don’t find this type of service in a lot of places nowadays. I will for sure stay with this team. They always take good care of my wife and I. It is a pleasure for these two to wait on me.

Orlando was the most helpful agent I have had in quite some time. He would not let me leave until I had everything just like I needed. I wish I could leave more stars. Thanks again buddy
