I was sent an item that I didn't order, so I was there to return it. Helena at the Tupelo store is AWESOME! She and I laughed and joked as she and her manager kindly helped me with my return.

Haven't been in a while but hey looks great they had a sale when I went!! Pretty nice upscale💁🏾‍♀😊

Great haircut, I got by the girl who was the next one available. My first time getting it cut at the J C Penny. But was a great experience. Had to wait a little while I was window shopping. Nice stylist was pleasant and we talked a lot while she got my haircut done. Time went on fast.

I am a big fan of JcPenny's! The store is clean and has great selection for everyone in the family. I particularly shop for the grandkids here. The children's wear is good quality on the majority of items and prices are reasonable especially when they have a sale. They have very nice selection for adults as well but some of the prices are a little much in my opinion. They also have great online shopping that is simple to navigate.

Love JCPenney. The store was nice and clean. Things were marked properly and we'll organized. Definitely recommend stopping by and looking around, also shopping online is a great experience.

Great customer service! The only con was they closed at 8pm so I didn't know that and didn't get to shop as much. Went for a mattress topper and got 60 dollars off just for signing up for email alerts. If the clerk wouldn't have told me that, I would have paid 300 dollars for that topper. It was a very clean store also.

I haven't shopped at JC Penny's in over 2 years. Wandered in and I'm glad I did. Bought 5 t-shirts on clearance at $4 each and longer sleeved shirts at $9 each (nice fall colors). I will be returning soon! Don't be sleeping on JC Penny's.

Penny's has some good deals, I will be shopping there Black Friday

Probably the best place to shop in Tupelo! Quality products at great prices. Nice employees, and the Store is always neat and well organized! JCP will always be my first stop, when I shop!

The clerks here in Tupelo were sooo hospitable. What ever department I was in that was I was unfamiliar with I was directed with hesitations. N8ce Sales too!

I'm always able to find exactly what I need at this JCP location. I'm sad that my local one closed but I'm thankful this one is still accessible to me. I just got 6 pairs of Levi's for my son for $100. That's unheard of without a great sale so kudo's JCP!
