Hampton Inn & Suites Tupelo/Barnes Crossing

We loved this place! Upon arrival, the staff person (Shantè) was so friendly and welcoming! It was so appreciated after a long day in the car.
The morning staff was also super friendly, I didn't catch the name of the women preparing breakfast but she was wonderful and Brandon at the desk was just as friendly.
This place is clean and comfortable!

Very few customer service experiences in my lifetime have left me speechless, but this was one of them. We were in a car accident two states from home, and were stranded here for two days due to the winter storm.

The staff knew of our accident and from the moment we arrived, went over and above to help us recover and rest after a long and exhausting day. It’s in moments of crisis when customer service shines, and shine they did. Every one of them was friendly, and looked for ways to serve us. It was humbling and a refreshing experience.

They shined so bright that when faced with a choice of hotel again, I will choose Hampton Inn, regardless of price or location. It was that impressive.

Best Hampton We've stayed ina long time. Clean great staff. Little things like Keurig in room so good coffee, popcorn in lobby and a bag for microwave in room. A little decor accents, especially on ceilings by elevator, nice big modern TV. Makes me remember why we became a Hilton regular. Hope they are going to start bringing them back to pre COVID standards.

What a great experience. From Miss Annie at the breakfast bar to the desk manager, I was treated like the most important person at the hotel. When the Hilton app didn’t work, the desk manager made my check-in worry free. The breakfast bar, as well as the rest of the hotel was spotless. The coffee was hot, and the breakfast delicious.

First and foremost, the staff were incredible. I’d like to specifically mention Ashley. She made check in pleasant and easy. I later had an issue with the guest laundry dryer. She quickly found an alternative dryer and made it convenient to use. Her help and attitude were incredible. We had one other small issue that she quickly and pleasantly resolved. I’m very impressed with her.

The facilities were in good condition. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Even though the breakfast area was packed, the lady working breakfast did a good job of keeping up with demand.

The location is in a good area. There are plenty of restaurant options and plenty of stores for the weary traveler to resupply.

I highly recommend this location and will use it again.

The room was very clean, and my standards are high and hotel appeared to be newer. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Being Gold members we were offered drink and snack. Breakfast was good and was well stocked. We would stay again

The room was nice. Very comfortable. But it was Annie, the breakfast attendant who made our stay special. My Mother had just passed away. We were on our way to Georgia lay her to rest. Annie was so empathetic. She shared memories about her Mother with joy and happiness. She lifted me up. 🤗

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff here. It was clean, quiet, and had up-to-date decor and comfy beds. Keurig coffee and even microwave popcorn is provided in the room and internet was good. But what really set this place apart from the rest was the knowledgable and genuinely caring staff. They greeted us with a smile, worked hard to get people checked in quickly, and were just the nicest most welcoming people. Brandy and Vanessa were just fantastic at check in. Carrie took exceptional care of the breakfast area - providing guests with well-stocked and warm food choices. She also worked hard to keep the area clean and tidy. We met Gina at check out and she made the BEST coffee that morning and spent any free moments cleaning and sanitizing the breakfast seating area and front desk. We were two hours down the road when Gina called to say we'd left a backpack (with all our most important belongings). She held it in a secure place for us and we returned to get it and all our belongings in place thanks to a housekeeper named Lorena who turned it in. We are so grateful to have found this hotel and will stay here every time we're traveling in this area! Kudos to everyone who works here! We are SO IMPRESSED AND GRATEFUL for your hard work and Southern hospitality.

Very good hotel in Tupelo, MS. 5-10 minutes to dining and shopping.

Very nice clean hotel with large rooms hidden behind the Lowe's. The staff was very nice and super friendly! Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the hot waffles and biscuits with gravy. The lobbywas decorated for the holidays and Santa was playing Christmas music. We will stay there again the next time we're in Tupelo!

Wonderful hotel. Exceptionally clean. Color scheme and decor was beautiful. Very warm and inviting. Loved the fall decor and colors. Service was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return.

We checked in late and the two women were so kind and friendly. Room was updated and very clean. Breakfast was great & the woman working the breakfast area was very nice. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and kind. Great hotel - would highly recommend.

My Dad and I had a terrible day yesterday. After dealing with some BS in Corinth at another hotel, we drove 45 minutes to Tupelo.

We got the room we wanted. It was clean and cool. Nice shower, friendly check in with complimentary water. A good nights rest. This morning, the free breakfast was better than Cracker Barrel. Hampton took a very bad trip and ended it on a good note. I can’t say enough about this place.

I can't say enough about the customer service here. Really the best! My kids and I were not able to check out on time due to a flat on our rental and they were so helpful and understanding. Everyone is nice, the place is very clean and modern, breakfast is good. The prices are really good. Very good experience! Thank you!

Dog Friendly. And just because Hampton welcomes dogs our room was of quality for humans. Our dogs are our family and we appreciate the effort to make our stay comfy, clean, and nice. The breakfast was delish and the staff a 5 star.

If you're traveling through Tupelo, stay here! I made my reservations online, the check in process took less than 2 minutes! The room was immaculate, great linens, very luxurious bath products and quiet!! The hot breakfast is worth $15/person and it's included ;) my family was a big fan of the breakfast attendant she's the sweetest thing and she takes alot of pride in her work. The rest of the staff we had interactions with were also very hospitable. The location has many restaurants and shopping opportunities and it feels safe.

Exceptionally clean, great customer service! Soft towels (most hotel towels are starchy feeling). Would definitely stay here again!

Spent a 3 week stay and then a 4 week stay. All staff were extremely accommodating. Brandi, Coral and Annie were absolutely the best.

Would give them more stars if possible. Had a problem with the room I had originally reserved. The staff went above and beyond to help me. I understand that hotel businesses are still recovering from Covid-19 but this Hampton Inn is doing an excellent job. Everything was clean and the staff did an excellent job in making me feel safe during my stay. Breakfast was about average and I hope we can get back to freshly made breakfast soon. Also, don't forget your swim suit like I did. The pool is open and it's indoors. It looks like it would be fun. I'll bring a suit next time. This particular hotel is kinda off the beaten path but there is a strong local police force patrolling the area. I included a pic from my 1st floor window to give a better perspective on what I mean by off the beaten path. It looks like this area was growing and then stalled out for some reason. Doesn't look run down just unfinished. If your staying in the Tupelo area you can't go wrong staying at the Hampton Inn. Best of luck and stay safe.
