Brought our new little male fawn pug in to look for small chew toys and stain wipes for his little eyes, two different sales associates helped and manager and cashier just had to love on him made it a very personable experience 🤗

The friendliest most helpful group of ladies I’ve ever seen in 1 spot. Exceptional customer service and they truly care about the pets. The grooming was beautifully done and reasonably priced and super fast. I highly recommend this store for all your grooming

This is a good PetSmart. I have been here many times and this last time is the only time I had anything bad to say about it. I could not get assistance with finding what I was looking for. (Bummer) But I shall not let one understaffed visit lower my review of this place. If you have a pet 90% of the time they have what you need and the people to help you.

Awsome they were short handed and they were so sweet and very helpful we whent to petco and they weren't short handed and had no service and when we did the lady was so rude I will never visit another pet Co again

They have the cutest small dog clothes and I love them, great place to shop.

Large store with a wide selection of fish. The staff has always been nice when we've visited. It's a must stop for our fish life needs every time we visit Tupelo.
