Welcoming and conversational entering and leaving.
Especially Awesome Amanda..that was very patient after my Apple Pay was acting up when I was buying a charging cord.
Awesome Amanda smiled through the whole transaction and communicated with me and other customers to be patient and worked quicker than I have seen others in other locations.

Gotta love Pilot Travel Centers. They sure save the day when on a long road trip. This one had a very nice and clean bathroom which is so much appreciated when traveling.

Friendly service. Parking and access to pumps is a bit tight. Overall facility appears clean and well maintained. Prices competitive for the area.

This has got to be the best Pilot crew i have ever encountered. They may look intimidating but they're the sweetest and funniest crew I've encountered. Obviously the service here is excellent. The location although small and can get very busy but it is kept well maintained. Bathrooms are clean, trash is picked up and maintained in a timely matter, inside and outside. The only downside to this location is the size of the lot and the rough ground when pulling in. This location is highly recommend by me.

Love this place! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The toilets are very clean! The shower facilities are super clean and the shower itself is awesome! The subway and pizza place is great. Well stocked and well maintained all the way around. Safe environment to park and relax. No lot lizzards to be found!!!!! Thank you to all the great employees here!

Only reason I gave 5 stars is because of Rickey. He always has always been friendly. He is honestly probably the only staff that acts like they enjoy working here. He is primarily the reason why me and and my husband come here. Shout to Rickey. Oughta give this man a raise. Thanks for being awesome.

Stopped for fuel and a shower. The showers were excellent very clean and well laid out. Hot water is hot very hot✔ limited parking. Getting in and out takes patience with local traffic. The rest of the store is very clean as well one of the best ones.

This place is an oasis. The showers and restrooms are so clean and spacious. The staff was very pleasant. They literally have everything you need!

Great location located just off I-40, exit 24. Has 51 dedicated truck parking spots, with room for roughly 20 more. Local law enforcement doesn't seem to mind trucks on the On/Off ramps. Showers are clean and have great water pressure, water gets hot as well. In addition to standard showers, there is a handicapped accessible one as well.
Store is wheelchair friendly, and some dedicated parking spots as well. Employees have always been friendly.

Store has decent selection of refreshments, truck related items, and a Subway. Two repair/maintenance bays attached at the back of the building. Overall, a great location.

nothing better than coming in to an elaborate convenient store with top notch employees who just brighten you day with a smile. as i walk in to get myself a dunkin coffee from the express service to make it exactly to my liking i walk over to the donuts which are so delightfully fresh my tastebuds are desperately fighting to get me to eat one right away before i get to counter, i have to give them a crude, harsh no. as i leave this wonderful place, not only do i leave with fresh donuts, and a wonderful coffee, i also leave with a smile.

Staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Store, bathrooms, and showers are all kept very clean. I always enjoy looking at all their stuff like the bumper stickers and Nick nacks. The food at the subway and deluca's pizza is great! The only complaint I have is that when using their app, it wants you to be directly in the middle of the truck parking lot before the app will register that you are there. They should really update their location through Google so that the app will realize you are at the store no matter where you are inthe parking lot!

Very clean & well equipped ❣ Price was right as I had been watching signs for couple hours on trip. Didn't NEED gas just yet, but price was right & knew was going to get higher in the area I was headed for❣ So I stopped, used my cards for points & paid at pump After checking equipment to make sure NOT TAMPERED WITH before using them‼ Supplies we're available, so filled up to top & on my way, receipt in hand & ALWAYS HIT ""CLEAR'"" before leaving ❣

An amazing Pilot! Aways friendly service and customer appreciation. It is a bit tight on parking for trucks. The fresh coffee and showers will make up for the difficulties you may encounter entering and exiting the parking lot.

I mentioned the showers cause this is one of the few remaining Pilot/Flying J truck stops with ample water pressure and unlimited hot water. A truck stop running out of hot water should never happen! After being on the road for several days at a time and no shower in site. A hot shower with good water pressure is a plus.

Every time I am traveling I trust my snacking and fuel needs to Pilot. They also have a shower rewards system for Gasoline purchases and not just Diesel like their competition. I live on the road and love the ability to shower free with a few fill ups. They also have restaurants in most of them in case you want something other then chips or hot dogs.

Fuel, Laundry, Shower. Staff are nice Showers are the best Ive EVER HAD at a Pilot. Not well water nor treated water. Pressure is like a car wash. Love it. Dunkin coffee here if your sick of the Pilot brand. Overall best TS in 26 years! Damn shower 5 was. Excellent! Dude who cleans them 1st shift nice work man.

Great place to stop for a quick bite or a snack. The restrooms were clean and well maintained, unlike many places of this kind. The folks working were friendly and helpful. I recommend stopping here if your traveling.
