Applebee's Grill + Bar

We visited Applebees on Halloween night. The restaurant was pretty full. There was even a party. The waitress/bartender was very busy. Maybe somewhat overworked. She did a great job of checking on her tables and putting in orders not to overwhelm the kitchen staff. We had the nachos and they were picture perfect. The kitchen runner even joked with us saying they are definitely worth a picture. We also had a couple of dollaritas to accompany. After 9pm certain appetizers were half off so we got an order of boneless wings. They were very good. Our overall experience was good. The Halloween decorations made it festive.

Anthony took great care of us! It is refreshing to get great customer service. We came in for the half priced appetizers after 9pm and the $12.99 all you can eat boneless wings. He kept the refills of drinks and food coming and went above and beyond to take care of our table. If you're here on a Friday or Sunday evening ask for Anthony!

My mother and I both had the 2 for $27 great deal! The meal of bbq ribblets and smashed potatoes was delicious. We chose a house salad that was very good. It had fresh vegetables and had yummy toppings and the best fresh croutons. Service was great, and the atmosphere was too.

Our family of four stopped by on a Thursday evening and had a great time. We were told upfront that things might be a bit slower due to only 1 server being on-site. We were fine with that and each of our meals was quite good, fresh and served at a proper temp. Service, food and environment was totally fine and no complaints.

Emily was absolutely amazing!!! Such a lovely bartender that doesn’t mind chatting with her customers and making sure her orders are out on time and still fresh!!! What a wonderful personality!! Hopefully the next time my family and I visit she is here!

Chelsea was our server last night and she was wonderful. I had a late guest and she was able to get their order as well as their drink to come out in an extremely fast pace to keep up with the rest of the tables things. One guest had a small hiccup with a cold side but the server had it fixed fast.

Our party of 11, was told at another local restaurant that the wait time would be at least 45 minutes. We were the first ones there at opening. Too cold to wait around, so therefore we went to Applebee's. The best decision ever, and I must say everything happens for a reason, because we had the best server and the most delicious food at Applebee's in Burlington NC. I highly recommend 5 stars plus!!!

We sat at bar so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Bartender was friendly and was good for how busy they were.

Excellent food and service!! We got the 2 for $30 which includes an appetizer and 2 entrees. Spinach avocado dip and chips was delicious!! Entrees of chicken and shrimp were great also!!

Had a great dining experience tonight with my friend. The hostess was attentive as well as the server! She had a positive attitude the whole way through and connected pretty well when she talked about her life a little bit. Overall it felt as if she was apart of our party of two and the atmosphere of the restaurant brung the best out of us!

Young manager went the extra mile to correct a mistake and help us feel valued. We've already been for a fourth visit and now we're regulars.

Food was great but the service was even better our server Haley was wonderful very attentive and very helpful with everything I’ll give her a 5 start on everything if anyone visit this restaurant ask to be seated with her she was definitely the best waiter I had in a long time
