Five Guys

Five Guys is always excellent, and always has been. The only negative thing I can say about them is their prices for a full meal will give you sticker shock, but it's great for sharing an excellent quality burger with someone else.
Food is always fresh, facilities are clean, and their staff is always friendly and polite.
I gave service and atmosphere 4 stars because they necessarily take a little longer than most fast food places, and their atmosphere is iconic, but doesn't give the same comfort as a dedicated sit down place. Neither of those are criticisms, just part of their model.

This place is amazing! From staff to the food, it is our favorite burger joint! 1000% better than the trash McDonald’s dares call a burger. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I’ve been in Jacksonville for a year now and I’ve ordered from this Five guys a few times (takeout and delivery).

It’s always been perfect.

I wanted to take a pic of the cheeseburger because it looked like something out of an AD, but I ate it. Big kudos to the team at this store!

Hands down my family has been a fan of five guys for years. (My children love going inside and eating There giant bundles of free peanuts while we wait for our food.) They look forward to it everytime we've went and personally I think its pretty awesome they offer them and for free. Today we ordered a burger and it tasted amazing, The cheese was melted so perfectly and the toppings were perfect. The meat was to perfection 👌 and they followed instructions x2. I ordered a hot dog and it has the grilled taste with that amazing seasoning flavor and the cheese melted so evenly and perfectly between the two grilled pieces of my hotdog. For many years five guys has gone above a nd beyond as far as there fries! They literally not only feel our cups overly up but the entire bag is so full I fed all 6 of my kids a good amount of fries. Our family only eats out on certain holidays or special occasions such as today (unless my husband or I am working late etc) So although five guys is a bit pricey there food is definitely worth every bite and I appreciate how dedicated they are to there customers. I'm adding pictures but my kids had already started eating. (Sorry about that) Happy eating!

The staff was extremely kind and nice! The fries were so fresh and delicious! Really enjoyed snacking on the peanuts while I was waiting for my food.

The cheeseburger was juicy and hot and the French fries were hot and plentiful! Very good counter service.

I enjoyed they lettuce wrap they made. It was delicious and I'm glad they were so accommodating and serious in regards to my gluten allergy. The fries were hot, fresh, salty, and I ate more than I should've. Staff was helpful and informative. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

The Burgers are Fresh and Delicious! You get a mountain of Fresh Cut Fries, and the milkshake is made the way you want! This is one of my favorite places to get a Burger. It may be a touch on the pricey side but you can't beat the quality.

Very helpful with ordering. My grandkids loved it. Fresh and filling. My grandson is almost 2 and ate until he fell asleep 🥰. Friendly, fast, clean and very friendly staff. Thank you.

It was great as always I'm not a big fan on the cajun fries so so that was my fault I guess you just going to have to have a taste for that Cajun seasoning

Delightful as always! It's not the most affordable cheeseburger, but it is among the best!
