Rock Barn Country Club and Spa

Enjoyed the 'Queen for the Day' spa package, and treated my BFF to the same for her birthday. We both had a great experience! Lunch by the pool was really tasty, the cocktails delicious, and the chocolate covered strawberries are decadent. My hot stone Swedish massage exceeded expectations, with a great technician who made sure I had a relaxing time.

Second trip to Rock Barn, definitely love it! I swear it got better my second trip if that’s even possible! Definitely a wonderful place great gift to give someone or a great gift to yourself! Highly recommend Kylie for a masseuse she’s incredible and very sweet!! Shoot out to you girl! All staff is wonderful!

My friend and I spent the day at Rock Barn. Everything about the experience was wonderful. Johnny pampered me with an 80-minute hot stone massage that was phenomenal! Every employee was top-tier! If you're looking for a day of pure relaxation, this is it! 10/10 highly recommended.

Yesterday was my first time at the Jackson course. What a truly 1st class facility! I loved the experience. The only thing I would like to see, is senior rates during the week. Looking forward to my next round!

Bachlorette on 10/7/23 was absolutely perfect! Tylee and the entire staff at Rock Barn Spa made our experience. Coordinating our day was a breeze. Tylee was there to assist and offer advise on booking and different amenities at the spa. Everything was arranged ahead of time to make the most of our time the day of the event. The facility was beautiful. The food and the drinks were delicious. Our services at the spa for the day included massage and the salt cave. My masseuse Karen was excellent. Best massage I have had! The salt cave we very relaxing and serene. All of the amenities offered were beautiful and very enjoyable, but it was the staff that made our experience at Rock Barn so special. Kristy, our server was available with a smile checking in thru the entire day to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff that serviced the pool and locker room area were so kind and helpful. It was absolutely wonderful. Thanks again to Tylee who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Everyone in the group enjoyed the entire day. Can’t wait to return!!!

Love love love this place. Had a great time there. The staff, atmosphere and the experience were top notch. Would recommend and can't wait to visit again.

Visited on 8/21 and we can’t sing their praises loud enough! Booking was a breeze. Check-in was easy and the rest of our day was outstanding. Over-the-top services, food, cocktails and more. We had pedicures, couples massage, visited the salt cave and spent plenty of time in the hydrotherapy area.
The staff here are so accommodating and seem to sincerely enjoy their jobs.
We can’t wait to return!

We only played golf here but it is a first class experience. Pro shop guy was very helpful, course is beautiful, greens fast and true. Definitely will return.

I had heard alot of great things about Rock Barn so I stopped in on a friday to see if I could book an appnt and lucky me there was an opening for sunday.. So I booked the Rock Barn 50min swedish massage. It was such a great experience and Karen who did my massage was so sweet. The whole experience was amazing. I was glad the robes and the provided slippers fit me as I am small in size. Lol! But I enjoyed the Hydrotherapy Circuit and the jacuzzi. SO RELAXING... I ordered some lunch which was a salad and a turkey sandwich and a drink. Service was fast and food was good. They even had complimentary samples like every 5mins..haha.. watermelon etc... As I checked out I didn't realize I had an extra complimentary drink that I didn't use so I grabbed a smoothie to go. Something with honey and bananas...AMAZINGGG... THANKS SO MUCH for great service and hospitality. And big shout out to CHRISTOPHER who booked me at the last minute and got me all set up. He was so sweet and helpful. I told allll of my friends and social media followers about this place. I will be booking again very soon. Thanks Again

Golf. There are 36 holes at this location, public 18 and private 18. I played the public Tom Jackson 18 (public). Excellent condition weather permitting. There is a driving range, putting green and separate chipping green. Staff was super friendly and attentive. THANK YOU I'll be back!

This was a great 1st!!! Service was excellent, food & drinks were delicious!!! It is a far drive from Charlotte, but well worth it! I did the Queen for a Day pacakge, which included a massage, lunch, 2 drinks (with/without alcohol 😜), chocolate covered strawberries, and access to pool/jacuzzi/hydrotherapy pool. Also, they greet you at the door with water/champagne and provide free samples, fruit, and other small nibbles throughout the stay. Can't wait to go back!!!!

I can't say enough positive things about this place!! Everyone needs this level of relaxation and catering in their routine. Food was great. Service spectacular. Amenities phenomenal. I only had the spa services including massage, hydrotherapy and salt cave. Enjoyed the pool, the hot tubs, the sauna, steam room , cold plunge pool, and.... every single thing!!! Stay all day.

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our day at the spa! Highly recommend the queen for the day package - everything was lovely.

Rock barn sets the standard for public golf courses. The place is absolutely gorgeous. From the drive up to the clubhouse, to the facilities, to the complimentary range balls and the condition/layout of the course. Even the restaurant attached to the club house is top notch. The staff is fantastic and won’t let you lift a finger if you don’t want to. There’s not a better public course to play within 50-75 miles of rock barn. Do yourself a favor and make this a regular visit for your golf outings. You won’t be disappointed.

Played the Jones course for a tournament and have played it several times. The course was in good shape and always a challenge. Rock Barn's staff always goes above and beyond to make sure everything flows perfectly and they are always friendly and welcoming! Would highly recommend and will play it again for sure!

Walked in for massage and day pass for facilities. Upon starting the check in process we were handed champagne as we worked on paperwork. We then we're giving a tour and started our day. Great staff, clean, great services. Food and drinks were great. Lots of available things to do. Pool, waterfall pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam to, sauna, showers, personal lockers. Great experience!

Had a wonderful girls day at the spa. The service was impeccable. From the time you walk in the door they are there to serve and make sure you have everything you need & are happy. The atmosphere is very inviting & relaxing. Even got to take a nap in the salt cave ❤

The staff were awesome serving many snacks, hot tea, lime water, smoothies samples were a plus++. The lunch was delicious and ready were I requested it. John gave me fabulous massage. The ladies in the locker room were very efficient & kind. The check out desk was the only thing that could improve by being more prompt.

Recently revisited Rock Barn! The experience was ten times better than the previous one. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The massage was lovely and the tech was very nice. The normal plush massage table was in the process of being replaced so I was on a regular massage table which decreased the experience just a hair. Over all the experience was a 10/10!

Lunch service and lunch was prompt and pleasant. Our meal was very healthy and delivered timely.

Cons:
I was a little disappointed to see they have not upgraded the salt cave chairs to something more fitting for this type of luxury spa. The outside lawn chairs are not my idea of luxury or safety. The salt cave floor is slippery…the bottom of a lawn chair is designed for outside seating. So I wasn’t able to relax and recline back like I would have liked too.

Nonetheless I definitely recommend a visit! Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. I would suggest a month maybe two. They do stay pretty booked.

Staff was amazing! I feel so relaxed and can’t wait to come back!
