I had the pleasure of encountering JP during my visit to the Mallard Creek (Chancellor Park Dr) Lowe's. May I add, he was the ONLY EMPLOYEE who spoke to me and gave me assistance and said hello. I was on the hunt for a specific item (which, to be honest, I didn't even know what it was at the time) it’s called “Stakes” for Realtor signs 😉 , but without even having to ask, JP approached me and expertly directed me to the exact aisle where I'd find it. His friendly and outgoing demeanor made the whole interaction a delight.

If more individuals in customer service were like JP, willing to go that extra mile with a welcoming smile, I believe it would create an environment where customers are eager to return and genuinely enjoy their shopping experience at Lowe's. To be completely candid, I was having a pretty rough day, and JP managed to completely turn it around with his authenticity and warmth.

Thank you, JP! I genuinely hope that Lowe's recognizes what an exceptional employee they have in you, and that you receive the acknowledgment and appreciation you deserve, possibly in the form of a well-deserved raise! Cheers to you!

This is my favorite Lowes in North Carolina. I go to maybe 5-6 different locations but this one is special. They have a great garden center and usually have items that other locations don't have.

Kid DIY is amazing. Ms. Cheryl is a organizer and great work the kids. My son loves going!!!

Had a serious issue at a gas station in Gastonia with a broken water main under the slab. I came in from a bad experience at Home Depot and met Marcus in the plumbing department! I thank God he was present! His knowledge on the product and the trade help me find exactly what I needed to resolve my issue! Thanks Lowe's and thank you Marcus! Your awesome.

Can always find what I'm looking for as far as material sometime I have to order the tools to be shipped but they always make it to me very fast and always what I wanted.

The quality of the staff has REALLY improved as of late. They have some awesome eye candy working there now in the Shelby store. GOOD JOB Lowe's! I appreciate your efforts!

Pretty much the same as every other Lowe's I have been into. Lowes needs to change and start focusing on customers and not their bottom line

Very nice experience!! Barb C was great, very friendly and she went out her way to help my mom and I by answering any questions we had about the refrigerators.
She was very knowledgeable of her job. I ended up purchasing a refrigerator from her . Had some concerns with first delivery but Lowes took care of it and had me a brand new one delivered next day, thank you! Special thanks to Alejandro and Juan for being so nice and professional. Definitely will make future purchases! Please take the time to recognize all three for a job well done! Employees like this are why people come back! 😁

Went looking for a weed wacker and they told us about the different kinds and the best ones to get.

The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of a lady named Mary. One of the most pleasant people I've come across in a long time. I told her thank you and that I felt blessed by meeting her. She said "there are some good people left out there they're like her Ford tough" . Thanks again Mary.

I went to lowes to get some nuts and bolts for a ice breaker game at work and was slightly overwhelmed by their selection. I stood their looking like a lost puppy until I finally decided to ask an employee for help. Rob took the time to understand what i was looking for and helped me find what i needed. I'm sure it wasnt a normal part of his day but it was smooth and absolutely helpful. I was ready to walk out and I'm so happy that I asked him because he was more than happy to help. I was also grabbing paint and they matched the blanket I brought in perfectly and gave great recommendation on a finish. Even the cashier was friendly when I was checking out and didn't mind doing two different transactions since one purchase was for work and one was for personal. Thank You!

Had to return a smoke alarm. Stacy and Rich are both valuable assets to the store! Awesome customer service... Always!

I shop here often and have always thought it was a great experience but the other night, they really impressed me a lot!! I was there really late and I was trying to hurry and get some things for my business. Well, at the last minute, I decided to buy a ladder. I ended up being there past closing time and I felt so bad about it. Chad and Michael (managers) were super awesome and so nice. They made me feel good by telling me it was ok that I was there so late and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Their customer service was top notch. They were extremely helpful and made me feel like my business was their priority. Great leadership! Thank you Chad and Michael.

Every worker in there was doing a great job helping people out lifting helping those who needed it scan there items with patience and smile especially the door ladies and cashiers who had long lines and they handle it very professionally and fast

I purchased mulch and made several trips home and back to get it since I drive a smaller car. The Garden Mgr. Michael and George could not have been more helpful. They made my experience very pleasant and I appreciate their kindness so much. Lowe's is so lucky to have these two great employees!
