Excellent from start to finish. Andy helped with materials selection and plumbing fixtures for our bathroom remodel and kept us informed regarding expected arrival of ordered items. Crew arrived on schedule and returned each day until the job was done, removing old material and cleaning up at the end of each day. Very professional in every respect. No surprises when final invoice came; exact same price as initial estimate.

Andy was extremely helpful and informative. He has vision. The workers are knowledgeable and courteous. The fireplaces are absolutely beautiful. I will definitely go back to them for additional work.

Very impressive! We approached HPC with a small project of a bathroom vanity replacement. We discussed two options and decided to keep the original vanity and make it look built in. Within a week, AJ had already added the extensions on the vanity, making it appear as a custom vanity. The quartz countertop was fabricated and installed in less than two weeks. When we ran into issues with faucet installation due to the thickness of the quartz countertop, Andy stuck with the job until he had a solution, and immediately sent his men back to finish the job. Would definitely recommend!

We want to say how much we appreciate the work by HPC, from Andy and his crew. He explained the process and answered all our questions. The guys worked very hard and cleaned up every day before leaving. We love our new Master Bath and Kitchen. We would definitely recommend them if you're looking to remodel.

Outstanding! We love our new bathroom! Andy and his team are the best! Andy kept us well informed of their work schedule and stuck to their timeline. They were professional, reliable and always here when they said they would be. The team always used tarps on the floor so they wouldn't track in dust or dirt and they cleaned up after themselves every day.
They surprised us with their flexibility by taking on additional tasks we hadn't originally asked for. One day, unrelated to the remodel, the shelving in our master closet collapsed from the wall. Andy's men came over that same day and reinstalled and reenforced the shelving. This was not part of the original remodel but they fixed it anyway, saving the day.

AJ took on a kitchen remodel in the middle of the on-going project from another contractor. Over the course of 5 months, working mostly weekends, he came in, set up the project to our liking, and over the time spent, created a gorgeous kitchen for us. He went out and custom made a hood vent and custom door and drawer fronts for all the cabinets. Top quality! We now have a show case kitchen we are glad to show off.

Andy and his team, beginning with his designer and extending to his construction people, were dependable, creative, flexible, courteous, and responsive to our needs as they renovated our master bathroom and our kitchen. The quality of their work was excellent. They created a lovely and inviting kitchen, taking our ideas and tweaking them, making changes when necessary. We received an assist with design choices that we were not provided with by other contractors. Communication was always one step ahead of us. The work was completed professionally and as promised, no surprises!

Harbor Point Contracting made the selections feel easy. I described an idea in my head and they were able to rough it out in 3D pictures and then guide me through the selection process. It was painless and clean. This was a complete bathroom gut and resize the walk-in in shower from closet to full size. They were done in 2 weeks and would have been sooner if the floor showed up on time. The supply chain for materials are still slow right now so be reasonable on this expectation and your experience will be great. We hired Harbor Point Contracting to take care of a fairly major renovation of our house, including completely remodeling our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, a new staircase and bannisters, repainting all but 3 rooms, and new flooring throughout, as well as other smaller projects. Andy and his crews were wonderful! Always there to answer our questions and provide advice and suggestions. Plus, we lived in the house during the remodel, and I can't say enough about how professional, precise and careful they were throughout the process, even assisting us with moving furniture and working around the many boxes of our "stuff" as the project progressed. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Well worth the wait. Like most folks in eastern North Carolina I had work that needed to be done after Florence. Mine was minor compared to most and I was not inconvenienced by having to wait. I can only say that the entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The courtesy shown by the office personnel when I called for updates, the educational visit by the gentleman who estimated the job, the performance of the personnel who accomplished the repairs, the attention to detail, I can go on and on. A significant thing to me, when it came time to make decisions as to how things were to be accomplished, the personnel addressed my wife, knowing full well she was the decision maker. She was clearly briefed on the "how to do it" and an excellent word picture was presented. When Momma is happy every one is happy and they made Nan very happy. Place was left clean as a pin, no debris, no loose nails, no mess. Not one obscene remark was heard during the two day period. Pure top of the line organization and I could not have asked for better service. Recommend this company with great enthusiasm.

They did an amazing job for us, especially with all of the little things that had to be addressed. The workmanship is exemplary and the workers were very helpful in fulfilling our needs.
