Tractor supply has definitely made improvements since my last visit. Employees appear to be friendly and helpful without being spoken to firsthand for a response.

I Love the New Bern Tractor Supply Store. The staff is always friendly. If you can’t fine what you are looking for the staff is always quick to help you fine it. I have been in there several times lately. I was greeted by Clara Wilkie always with a smile & asks if she could help me. Clara has been a big asset to your store since she came. I first met her at the Kinston Tractor Supply she had a great team there. I’m glad she is at the New Bern Tractor Supply now.

After all these years, how did I not understand that it's so much more than tractor supplies?

Today, was my first visit and I was amazed at the variety of things they stock, inc. bird food, clothes, plants, pet food for every kind of pet imaginable, tools for home and garden, to mention a fraction of things.

The employees were friendly and helpful, too. 😊

Great prices great staff

Decided I'm going to raise chickens this year being I've not had the opportunity to get my garden going. Ordered some Easter Eggers online and they should be delivered soon ordered my feed and bedding and a few Essentials for my little chickies. Picked them up through the convenient curbside pickup. Woman was very helpful and very friendly I asked her a few questions about raising chickens. Either she does or she's very knowledgeable. The staff is always helpful at Tractor Supply.

Very friendly staff on hand. They are always quick and courteous when filling my propane tanks, even in nasty weather. I haven't bought many products from here but when I have, I've gotten good quality products and am always met with a smile at checkout.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite toy stores for adults. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager helped find an odd item that I usually am not looking for when I'm shopping there. Great.

Great place for just about any household /farm need. Prices are often much better than big box stores. Great quality equipment and tools for the price. Deals at entrance are hard to resist...absolute best place for "dad" stocking stuffers.

Today I an absolute Saint helped shop in the store and helped me load my truck in the pouring rain. She not only helped load my items but helped me put my 2 literal babies in their carseats first so they wouldn't get soaked. Her name started with an L I think and she was blonde I wish I remembered her name but whoever she is she needs a promotion and raise.

Tractor supply has a great price on dog food. Staff members are usually helpful if something is not on the shelf, they’ll check the back stock, just ask!

Great customer service!

It was the best experience in a store for me. The employees where so friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a generator and right away three ppl helped they even loaded it in my van. I will be making this my to go store.
