Only needed 1 stud and 1 lug nut. Very surprising that had just that and didn't have to buy a whole set of lugs at least. Pleasant surprise to save alot of money. Recommended!

Having a very dead battery I called and Damien said if I could get it there they’d take good care of me. Boy, he did. The gentleman who helped me was a joy, I wish I had gotten his name. He replaced my battery and even helped me get my settings back to what they were supposed to be after I found the security codes. I will definitely be a return customer!!!

The staff is respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always have parts I need and are even able to assist with bulb/battery replacement. I never feel disrespected for my lack of knowledge about cars. The prices are affordable and products are high quality. Mr Jerry and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend this AutoZone!

The Associate who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased windshield wipers for my car and he explained the different packages/prices. And then he put them on my car for me at no extra charge (although I gave him a tip).

Jerry the Head Manager went above an beyond for me by helping me get the Blades off of the mower since I didn't have any tools to get them off with.
He also put the new one's back on for me!!!
I would recommend this Autozone to anyone!!!
The whole staff is very Friendly, along with the fact that they care about their customers!!!

Jerry was a super star. I would recommend this location to everyone. We were visiting family in NC and Jerry went above and beyond in helping us - he found the correct part for our new car and replaced it for us. Jerry - you rock!!

With three different auto stores on this stretch of road right next to each other, I choose to come to Autozone out of loyalty and familiarity. Recently however, I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Chris as he took the time to locate a purchase I made a few days prior in order to issues me a warranty refund on some brake pads. I did not have the original receipt in hand nor was the phone numbers I used pulling up purhase data which made his job harder. Never-the- less, He still found the transaction and sent me on my way with an extra 47 bucks in my pocket.

I come back to this location continuously because of Jerry the store manager. I got my first car a little 4 years ago and he has been very helpful in all the projects I have undergone . Big projects I want to give thanks to was for advice on changing front brakes and rotors, brake line flush, EGR valve replacement and shock replacement . Very knowledgeable and really appreciate the help. I hate going to the mechanic but him and staff have given me the confidence to undergo my own repairs and a much better understanding of how cars work. I also find AutoZone usually has competitive prices compared to other stores . Parts for my car are usually available . if they don't have it, the store on Silas Creek usually does . Even if they do though, I usually have them shipped to this store for pickup to get advice on what I'm doing from Jerry.

I'm not a car guy and feel a little intimidated walking into an auto parts store. However, I've been here 3 times and each time the staff has always been so helpful and accomodating. I'm sure other major auto part stores are fine, but because of the excellent customer service I've received at this specific location, I'm a Autozone loyalist from now on.

Chris was awesome! Visiting from out of state and needed help with a headlight. Very polite on the phone, and extremely helpful upon arrival!

Very helpful staff, and knowledgeable. not from the area but needed new wipers. staff got me set up with the right product for me and went to install them without me asking. Great experience!
