We called Morrow desiring to change agents due to poor service from our previous provider. We were able to get an appointment that afternoon with Michelle Jackson, who reviewed our previous policies prior to our arrival. She was prepared with new policy suggestions that were significantly less expensive for the same coverage. Michelle thoroughly explained our policies and answered all our questions.
