NC Farm Bureau Insurance

Rocky Manning at NC Farm Bureau insurance has been absolutely outstanding for our family. He is knowledgeable and always very timely in answering any questions I have and providing documents when needed.

I have been with a few home and auto insurance providers through the years and have never felt in better hands. His advice and knowledge on our policies and starting an insurance policy for our daughter has provided peace of mind beyond words. Cannot say enough great things about Rocky.

Front desk receptionists were friendly. Spencer was friendly and informative. He explained thoroughly. I am pleased with the service I received.

I have been a customer for 6 years. I have never had a claim. My auto insurance tripled, when I called I was put on hold for 15 min to speak with agent/manager. My agent said he was sorry the bill had went up. He told me he would call back. I waited a while, then decided to drive to another city and check with a new company for coverage. Sure enough they gave better rate within 15 min. I had time to drive back to the office and cancel in person. My agent said there was a mistake with my bill and he was getting ready to call back. Long story short I have had better service with a company I have not gave thousands of dollars to for nothing in return. I'm in better hands.

Don’t get any insurance with this company they are awful! And very unprofessional. How u drop someone’s insurance for not signing a paper they never received! It’s ludicrous. And every time I call for the agent larry his always busy! SMH

I've had farm bureau for 3 years and every person I've spoken with has been friendly. However..... I had my plate siezed last night... I found out it was because the DMV had been under the impression I hadn't had insurance for 8 months (though I was current). This means court date and a 50 dollar fine on top of purchasing a new plate. No calls or emails about a possible lapse. Apparently they communicate equally well with me and the DMV. I'm back with GEICO now.

Horrible Customer Service. A lady named Eve was super disrespectful, and treated me very badly over the phone.
