Dr.Patel is amazing!! I had a painful experience at a dentist appointment once so I suffered from dentophobia. Dr. Patel always make me feel so comfortable and puts me at ease. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist. I feel very fortunate
to have such an amazing dentist.
Everyone in the office is so professional and polite. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Fresh Dental Gastonia and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The office was also very clean, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming environment.

I had a broken tooth extracted and no money to do it. They got me financed (my score is under 650 currently) and shocked me! 80 bucks and a week later I sat down for 20 minutes and my tooth was extracted PAINLESSLY. Amazing staff. Love yall so much! ❤

Well, l spent from 11:30 2 almost 5 there with U yesterday.
I can't say that the procedures were pleasant w/all the grinding & needles etc. but l do enjoy going there!
All the staff is always friendly & nice & l like it because l don't have to wait passed my appointment!
I got another cleaning yesterday & an impression for a crown which was over $1200.00 but "thank God for good insurance" that pd.100%.
I was hurting after shots wore off but l called on Jesus, took 3 Tylenol, layed down & went 2 sleep & pain went away, just sorta touchy now when anything cold or hot hits it!
Gum is sorta puffy & a little swelled but that's understandable!

I was nervous to transfer me care after my insurance changed but could not be happier! The front desk/insurance team were also extremely patient and kind. Dr Patel, and Dawn were amazing and thorough. They ensured to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I feel like I’m in the best care possible. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience here. There was a lot of work done and was a really big task. Dr Patel is highly experienced, friendly and professional. Her assistant Kina was always on point and is a pleasure to talk with. I had to have all my teeth surgically removed, bolts installed in my lower jaw and have a full set of false teeth. Dr Patel always knew what she was doing and when dealing with false teeth she knew exactly how to fix my bite. I had to return my bottom teeth to get fixed and she not only seen the issue and knew how to correct it but was actually happy to correct it. The whole process from the surgery, healing with healing dentures to my permanent set took about a year. I always had full confidence during the entire process as they really know what they’re doing here. Thank you Dr Patel!

The whole staff treats their patients with so much kindness and care. They’re also great about explaining every step of the process from check in to treatment. I’m very grateful to have them taking care of my dental needs!

I received a very thorough cleaning of my teeth explaining the importance of daily flossing, the benefits as well as the consequences of not properly flossing.
Staff is polite. The have advanced equipment that small offices don't have

One numbing medication I received my body could not tolerate on a previous visit
They were able to given me an alternative numbing medication that didn't elevate my pressure which I could tolerate. I highly recommend Fresh Dental.

There are not enough words to express the professionalism and expertise that I received two days ago after a complicated implant procedure. (At least to me, it seemed complicated). The team, led by Dr. Bouali, worked efficiently, and made it happen quickly and practically painless. Most important to me, was that they all were warm, compassionate and even light-hearted throughout the procedure, which put me at ease. I would never have believed that, at times, they had me laughing in the chair. I hate to mention names, because I always forget a few, but all of the team from Dr.Dunning, Dr. Patel, and the front desk, Shequilla and Britany, and the rest were amazing. Thank you to Cat and Fancy and also Chon, the hygienist, who I met on my first visit, who was so kind to me. Dr. Bouali is the epitome of Health Care providers. It is evident that he has years of experience and has helped change the quality of life for so many people over the years. Sorry if I forgot the names of others that also assisted me. I am so very grateful to all of you at Fresh Dental in Gastonia. I really will be smiling happily now when I think of you all.

I LOVE FRESH DENTAL OF GASTONIA! I have been a patient of Fresh Dental for several years in Charlotte and recently moved to Gastonia. How awesome that they have a location very close to my home! The office is beautiful clean and bright with plenty of parking. My Dentist Dr Johal who treated me at Park Road Fresh Dental is now here at this location. Let me tell you if your looking for outstanding quality Dental Care with experienced caring professionals this is the place for you! The Customer service team is outstanding making sure all my questions are answered and if you call and they can't answer right away they TEXT YOU so you can message them to make sure your needs are taken care of! The billing team went above and beyond with my insurance company who was being difficult to get them the information they required for the pre approval of my Crown. I just had tooth number #18 bottom left Molar done ( which makes a total of four Crowns Fresh Dental has done for me) The process was almost pain free and my Dental assistant Ms Kina did an excellent job doing the prep work for the temporary and is so patient and caring. My new Crown is beautiful and now my smile is complete as this makes a total of 10 teeth Fresh Dental has saved replacing old Mecury fillings with new white Composite fillings. I now have a Beautiful healty smile and will continue to make Fresh Dental my only place for all my Dental needs! FRESH DENTAL GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO SMILE ABOUT!!

I arrived a little early, they had me checked in and in the back within 5 minutes of my arrival. Staff is very friendly. The Hygienist is very kind and considerate. Explained what she was going to do before doing it and checked in on how I was doing the whole time. Excellent customer service.

My dental Hygienist did my deep clean today. His hands were like feathers in the wind. The floss smelled of mint with notes of agen mahogany. It was a fantastic experience accompanied by a perfect Playlist in my earpods...well done fresh dental!
