They were very helpful. Looked up the book we were looking for and then took us right to it. So many cool stuff there to find besides just books

This is a really nice place. It had a ton of books, places to sit, and the staff was friendly & helpful. I am normally a tough guy to please when it comes to service in a bookstore setting, but I loved how they were around and not pushy. Then, when I asked for help, they did exactly what I asked. It was nice to look, shop, and read without having someone breath down your neck. Great store.

Consistently great service, selections, and pricing. Good ol' Books-a-million! Great atmosphere, plushies, and a good cup of Joe at Joe Mugs Cafe inside.

A lovely spot to shop for quality books, board and card games, and other trinkets. It's also a great hangout spot for D&D nerds, queer friends and I. To top it off, the area has everything else you might want, with good restaurants and good places to shop for other stuff or just meander around.

Absolutely LOVE this Books-A-Million! The staff are ALWAYS so kind and friendly and helpful and TOLERABLE of my children 😂 The staff actually act like they LIKE seeing my children get excited about books and things! Honestly the books are probably more expensive than you'd get online, but it's worth it to go in the store and have that "book store experience" of being able to browse through and find something you think you might like.

Enjoyed Millionaire Mocha from Joe Mugs Coffee bar inside, while browsing the store with my kids. Clean, orderly, and happy service provided

I love this book store I have been in 2022 in October that was the last time I have visited their the workers are nice nd friendly I will go visit books a million this year

Always has a wide variety of novels, comics, Manga, etc for pretty much everyone. If there is a specific book you're searching for, they can even order it to the store. Staff is friendly and store is kept very clean. Great place to go and unwind after work or if you're in the area and want to relax and grab a coffee.

The store is very well organized and as soon as I walked in the door, a young man came over to assist me in finding a book for a friend of mine. Honestly the only thing that I would say needed improvement is the prices. Wal mart has the same book for $9.50 that I paid $20.00 for.

LOOOOOVE B.A.M one of my favorite stores of all time! I spend wayyyy too much time in here but it's so easy to do so!! Staff is very helpful and friendly always! And I always seem to find a good bargain as well! :)

The coffee is amazing and I love the discounted cookbooks!

So far, I have great experience with them. I found the Midnight Sun book at a bargain price of $7.98. It made me so happy. I purchased 4 books at the store for the first time for only $34.00!
I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to read books. Look for their bargain price.

Always an awesome experience to shop here. Not just for books either,this has become my new adult toy store. Any time I enter this place usually for 1 specific thing and I end up walking out with at least an extra 10 items. Plus everyone one from Joe Mugs to BAM is always super sweet and helpful. Can't go wrong with this place.

Went for a Mary Roach book. Got a Mary Roach book. Christmas crowding wasn't too bad and was handled well. Currently enjoying said book. Cashier was great and very respectful about me being there to get just a book.

Love this place! They have Harry Potter themed coffees. The ButterBrew is my favorite.

I always love this store. I've been coming here for years and have never once had a bad experience. The employees are always nice, if you need to find something they'll take you to it, if they don't have something in stock they'll order it for you.
