NC Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been insured with Steve now for nearly 20 years. I've had a handful of claims over that period from a roof, electrical and auto, and they've always met my expectations when makings things right. I'm not gonna lie, I do shop them every few years and they've always been less than the major insurers. I'm actually surprised at some of the negative reviews. I have had nothing less than a great experience with Steve, Cindy, and the ladies up front. Thank you!!

Love Kathy Burnett she's been my agent for over 20yrs .. love her And I love Lee Styers at front desk she's my go to girl . Both are excellent see you ladies soon..

Kramer was awesome. He made bundling our home, auto and life insurance quick and painless and explained all the terms and details we didn't understand.

I should have actually looked at the reviews before actually dealing with these people. They inexperience and inadequate. Go to another office to not have to deal with the headache.

I don’t want to speak bad about the company because the prices were fine, however my agent Autumn was just awful. She never knew any answers without transferring me to someone else and the communication via email was incorrect info. I have been dealing with back and forth for months and thought I was finally on track and then found out my entire policy was cancelled and they wanted $ to reinstate and a new membership fee. Not worth the headache!! so I switched.

This office and company is a joke. If you want terrible service Farm Bureau will give you that. I'll be transferring all auto, home and life insurances immediately!

I can’t speak for Farm bureau as a company but do not get Steven Cramer as your Agent. He is not in your best interest. He does not respond to any of your emails until you get to the 4th or 5th email. Months later… I can never get an email back. I went in one day and asked for someone to help me and he was not there and another insurance agent talked to me and said she would help me get a new one and would call me or someone would the following day. No one ever did and here I am with a new problem with no help. I would not recommend this specific location and 100% not this agent.

Farm Bureau Insurance is the worst car insurance company out there....
They originally quoted my boyfriend 100 a month and a 50 dollar deposit with one accident on his north Carolina drivers license one accident. Then after running his license and insuring him for 2 months they found he had accidents on his Washington license didn't tell him that the rate changed and charged him a bigger deposit and more for the 2 months they had insured him without calling him to let him know that it had changed ( thats illegal there lucky we didnt sue)they charged him to affect his credit score and unable to change insurable right then because of the bigger deposit now well over 500 dollars he payed it because he couldn't afford his bills because of there scam so trust me Dont get Farm BUREAU INSURANCE THEY WILL RIP YOU OF , DO ILLEGAL THINGS AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT, THEY ALSO HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOW EVER THEY DO HAVE A PARALEGAL THATS THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DO WITH FARM BUREAU INSURANCE TRUST ME.

If I could give no stars I would, Worst insurance company! Anywhere but here!

God awful insurance company. Horrible rates and horrible customer service. STAY AWAY

This place is horrible they discriminated against me because I am disabled and wouldn't help me because I can't operate a vehicle not very professional and took forever to contact me back do not recommend them at all

Steve Cramer is mostly non-responsive and rude when he finally gets around to returning or picking up your call. Doesn't follow up or do what he says he will, would rather argue with clients than help, doesn't understand what the meaning of agency is.
