Ginnie cut my hair today and did a great job. She listened carefully to what I wanted, asked me along the way questions to make sure it was as I desired, and we had a great conversation. I love my stylish new haircut. I'll definitely go to Ginnie again and recommend her. Also, you can't beat the price of $15 for such outstanding haircuts. I've been extremely happy with all hair stylists at Hair Flair over the last few years since I discovered this gem of a place.

Nicole Miller aka Nikki that works here is the absolute best cosmetologist I've ever had the pleasure of doing my hair and the friendliest person that I have ever had the pleasure of doing my hair. She is so easy going and will make sure that you feel a hundred percent comfortable with what u decide to get done. I have known her for a year and a half and we have become best friends but besides that she is the best cosmetologist that I know and I will never get my hair done by anyone else ever. If u make an appointment with her I promise you won't regret it 💯🙌

Owner is a better beautician than the operator I had last time, sorry wasn't pleased and I was asked not to come back again.

Cinnamon did a great job with my hair!!! The girls were very friendly!! I was on vacation, and they made sure someone knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted it instead of saying they could, trying, and failing. If I lived there, I would definitely make this my go-to salon!!! Thank you, Cinnamon, for the great experience!

I came to Hair Flair on a recommendation from a local. We were in OBX for 4 mths. So I needed to find someone to cut & color my hair. Fortunately Nikki did it for me. I was a little nervous but was pleasantly surprised the the color came out beautiful & the cut was great!! I couldn’t be happier that I found her bcuz now when we’re in OBX for the winter I don’t have to worry about getting my hair done.

Been here twice and loved it both times. Great customer service and friendly, something that can be hit or miss with OBX customer service. They cut my hair just the way I wanted and the price is very fair. Highly recommend and thanks for the professionalism and friendliness!

This place is AWESOME! I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Outer Banks. I called on a Saturday and asked if they had an opening. The staff was extremely pleasant and said yes, at 12:30. The price was approximately $15 (a steal - it's more than that at Great Clips which Great Clips is a disaster). I arrived early, Nikki was my stylist who promptly cut my hair based on the photo from my phone. It was exactly like the haircut I requested and is extremely stylish. She was very pleasant and friendly during my haircut and upbeat. This place even has hair style books whereas other places no longer seem to have those. I would highly recommend Hair Flair to anybody and everybody looking for a great haircut at a low price and looking for a pleasant, normal environment. Thanks again, Nikki and Hair Flair for the best service and best haircut in ages.

I absolutely love 💘 this salon. The girls, cinnamon, nicki, Julie, sam, really make you feel special and comfortable. Julie has done my hair, and done a great job on the color. Nicki does a fantastic job on my hair always, she is very sweet, CURTEOUS and makes you feel right at home. I love coming here because they are all like a happy family.

Took my grandson there today, we have been many times and have enjoyed our experience every time. My grandsons hair looks great and she let him pick a toy out after he was done. Everyone there was very nice and talked with us about what we (he) wanted and he looks very handsome. Will be back in 4 weeks for another cut and would definitely recommend.

Best haircut ever. I have had two visits with Nikki and they were perfect. The price at Hair Flair is awesome and, although I call to make an appointment, walk-ins are available too.
