Jersey Mike's Subs

I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 20 years and never have I had a bad experience!!! Their meats are premium here nothing processed !!! And you can really tell the difference at first bite from their competitors. This restaurant is always super, super clean!!!! I personally have never seen a backup in the line due to the sandwich maker(s) follies.!!! Everyone is trained well there, that's good management and good employees. I think they have the best cheesesteaks (The Big Kahuna)anywhere close to here (Gastonia). When I don't feel like a carb overload, I do the sub in a tub it is any one of their subs(meats) made as a salad . My favorite is the buffalo chicken/w Ranch dressing tub. There is plenty of good food to go around here!!!

I love the southeast but it’s rare to find sandwiches that rival the northeast. When I need a decent sandwich, I go to Jersey mikes. This is a great location. Nice and quick service, and very clean. Just wanted to send a note of appreciation. Thanks all!

I was starving today! I needed a healthy option. So thankfully I remembered Jersey mike's, and I decided to visit this particular location for the first time. The young men seemed a little tired when I walked in, but they quickly gave excellent customer service, and created the prettiest Italian subs in a tub that I've had in all my years of going to different Jersey Mike's. It was so beautiful that I ordered a second one. And I could not wait to get home to eat it! Their sanitation grade is a 98 at this time, but I feel good about them making 100% next time around. The dining area was clean. And the associates were wearing masks.

It was great no complaints at all the staff was friendly. The people were respectful as well.

Food was fire. Dinner rush was in full effect but they got my food out quick and without fail.

Love Jersey Mike's subs!! Absolutely love that there is an app, I can order my food and pay, then just show up and pick up my food!!! My fave is the Club ! And my hubby always gets the Philly Steak and Cheese... so good!

I ordered the #55 I believe and it was amazing. Freshly made, piping hot and more than enough meat and veggies on the sub. It took me almost all day to finish and usually it doesn't. The customer service was pretty good too. Will return when I am in the area.

The best I’ve had

Visited this location over the weekend and was shocked at their amazing service! Not only do they have a gluten free bread option, but it tastes amazing, and the quality of their service was amazing. I have an allergy to gluten and they went above and beyond to accommodate. From changing all of their gloves, wiping down the meat cutter, using an individually packaged sub roll, and making sure it didn't touch any cross contaminated surfaces. A HUGE thank you to the staff, and to Jersey Mike's for offering this option!

Love their sandwiches. Due to health issues I always use their app and curbside service which is always fast. However, sometimes their app and online ordering is down which is a negative, but if the app is working, I get sandwiches there pretty much every week.

Anytime im traveling to NC, I always stop at Jersey mikes (Gastonia) for a sub-sandwich. A colleague of mine used to work parttime there and she wz as sweet as can be. Sadly she passed away some years ago but i continue to visit the best sub-sandwich maker/ creator. The staff has changed over the years but the service HAS NOT.

Came in and order the Italian Sub and my Bae had the club sub. I thought the guy had a bad attitude,but probably just his demeanor but baaaaby them subs OMG , I normally post a pic but them subs didn't make it out of the parking lot. Super delicious

Jersey Mike's is a classic sub shop which originated up north, as its name suggests. Serves excellent subs with a variety of choice in its bread. These are delivered quickly, efficiently, and are extremely tasty and tailored to the individuals particular interest and taste. They serve both hot and cold subs. Great customer service and a true effort to connect with their customer. A tradition which has been with the northern deli shop. A delightful place and one that takes pride in delivering you a great product in a clean and home town atmosphere. Always will be my favorite place to go, hands down!

I have been going to this Jersey Mike’s since I was a kid with my dad and have NEVER had a bad experience. The employees, while some have come and gone over the years, has always been consistently wonderful. The food is always amazing (particularly the chicken salad). And today I came in during the lunch rush with several orders for the ladies I work with and they had it down PAT. I hardly had to wait. You guys are amazing— keep it up!

I come from upstate New York and I have very high standards for a good sub. After moving here a year ago, I found it's very hard to find a good sub place. Jersey Mike's went above and beyond my expectations. I could have gotten a mini size and been full. They make sure your sub is loaded with the ingredients. I can't believe I didn't try this place sooner. Very friendly staff as well. Thanks for the welcoming environment! I will definitely be visiting here more often.

I have been going to this location for over 14 years even though there is a store closer to my house because it is the BEST.

The franchise owner, Ed, is a Vietnam veteran and a big supporter of the military. When my younger son followed his older brother into the Marine Corps, he gave me a box of books for him to read, which was much appreciated. He can be a little crusty sometimes (pardon the pun) but he is really a great guy who wants to ensure your sandwich is exactly how you want it.

As for the sandwiches, they are awesome. They may cost a little more than other places, but they're also bigger. The bread, white, wheat or rosemary parmesan, is soft and fresh. There is even have a gluten-free sub roll.

There's no skimping on the meats, especially when the boss man is manning the slicer on weekend evenings, and are cut fresh to order - no little saran-wrapped piles sitting around all day long.

There are numerous sandwich franchises out there but they are sub par compared to Jersey Mike's.

What's not to like? For virtually no more money than Subway, you get freshly sliced meat and cheese, fresh baked bread that's not overdone, the most awesome finely shredded lettuce.
The service is always fast and friendly whether there's a line or not you can get in-and-out quickly.

I have had bad experiences at another Jersey Mike's so I was hesitant going to this one. The staff was friendly and personable. It seemed that they were not busy but they really were they just were that efficient. Did was made perfectly to order and fast. I'm definitely coming back.

We just 'found' Jersey Mike's about 3 weeks ago. My boyfriend gets #56 and he says it's the best Philly Cheesesteak he's ever had. They are not stingy on the meat at all!

My Wife and I went to JM as we always do. The food is always fresh and made just the way we like them. We do not eat at any other sub shop because of their precut meats. The only thing we were not satisfied with was the person that took our order and made our subs did not seem to enjoy his job and his pants were down below his butt and we watched as he cleaned tables in the dining area and he used the same dry rag and a spray bottle to do all the tables and counter. Great subs. Need to watch who you hire to make that positive relationship with your customers.
