Old Navy

I have made several online purchases and had do a couple of returns/exchanges. The store location has been so convenient, and the staff has been so helpful and supportive every time. Truly a pleasure to do business and makes me a repeat customer.

Wonderful customer service, love it when they have their sales, 30% off or more, very roomy dressing room. Love that they have a Super Bounce gum ball machine next to a hop scotch pattern on the floor next to it for the kids.

The employees were so considerate and helpful to me! I had a million questions and I felt like such a burden for coming in late. I ended up having to ask them to put some items back for me at check out and it was there about 20 mins after closing. I know how annoying that must have been for them when you’ve worked a long shift the last thing you want is a last minute shopper lol. The store was very organized and I was in love with the current stock; so many sales and cute clothes for transitioning into fall fashion. I would have loved to give them a tip for gratuity of some sort because of how guilty I felt and how thankful I was for their patience since I was being a little indecisive and a bit of a nuisance on a Saturday night. I hope they see this review! I don’t remember their names one I believe was a manager and the other lady had braids in her hair with glasses also a sweet younger girl who also had the answers to my questions whilst shopping. Even though they may have been ready to clock out they still had conversation with me and we’re understanding of my frugal and picky shopping. I will definitely be coming back for more (will come in much earlier next time lol) I think I have a new favorite store in Gastonia:)

Visited this Old Navy while in town visiting family & it is so much cleaner & more organized than mine back home. Seemed larger as well. The staff was super helpful & made sure to clean everything between customers.

Great customer service! My fiancé and I were looking for "Shore Enough" khakis for all the men and boys in our wedding party, which will be perfect for our OBX beach wedding. I found these particular pants online and was afraid they wouldn't be available store, but they were. They just didn't have my fiance's size but they called another location to have them hold them for us. By the time they were done helping us it was past closing time, but they still happily helped.

Thanks Aulisha for correcting what the University Old Navy messed up! I had a terrible experience at that location, and Aulisha at Gastonia was precious and helped make it right! She needs a raise! And a bonus
