Party City

My girlfriend ordered balloons for my son's 10th birthday and they delivered today but one started going flat. I had to rush in before they closed and explained the situation. The lady there helped me out and didn't even charge me for the balloon. Great customer service. Didn't catch a name but it was on 9/20/23 at around 645pm.

Needed a lab coat...$25 one size fits most!

Always very helpful. You are welcomed right at the door with a pleasant greeting. No shouting verbally to awaken your spirits. Prices are decent and reasonable for the high end brands they sell. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it. Love this place

Lots of merchandise, crafts to cemetary flowers

Employees were very friendly! Most of the costumes were still in stock. They have a huge selection of costumes,masks,face paints,Halloween decorations,party decorations and extra items to to complete any costume. Lots of items to make a costume also! Cashier was especially super nice!

Love them a little expensive

The manager Josh was super helpful this afternoon, he informed me that due to Covid they are low on balloons. I couldn’t have asked for a better Customer service experience. Never did he seem frustrated or upset. Even as simple as blowing up balloons he had a GREAT attitude.

There was a long line for balloons. The 2 girls there was swamped but kept at it. They cared so much about us having a long wait they even gave us 20% off. My balloons where perfect, they are still floating today and I got them 5 days ago.

I love part city. My daughter can some times be a handful when she's excited, but each and every employee she encountered was friendly and sweet. Will definitely be going back for all our party needs😁

Excellent customer service. Great selection. Prices are reasonable for one stop shopping. I might have save 50 cent on one item, by spending $1.50 on gas!

Had to have some balloons put together for a work event, lady at the balloon counter was super nice and had it put together for me right then and there and since I had to come back to work right afterwards and wouldn't be able to pick it up later even though she had a ton of balloon orders. Great customer service!!

The associates were very nice and courteous and didn't even mention that we stood there past closing time. Everything was easy to find and sorted.

My husband brought balloons to celebrate his mother's birthday and her passing in 14 years being gone. Love the place nice and clean not crowed at all not alot of people.

I cannot remember the girls name but she was very nice and I could not find my discount on one so she wrote herself and gave me one I wanted the mask really bad and I think she noticed I think it was a 10% off that she found for me I never been to a place with so much love or someone who really care about the customer I am very satisfied

The staff was very helpful with balloons and party favors for my Mother's 80th surprise birthday party.
