Fantastic elote, amazing tacos, and a cute location. Definitely going to be a must visit when we come to the OBX.

Most delicious tacos in the Outer Banks. Came here for lunch and got them to go. They were super quick. Our group got the loco taco, the ribeye, and the chicken Verde. All of them were amazing! So good that after we ate one we regretted not ordering more. We wanted to go back and get more!

We will definitely be back when we are back in the outer banks.

For some reason this place really stood out to me when I was looking for a place to eat lunch. I am so glad I went! The Tacos al pastor were AMAZING!!!!!!! The flavor was delicious and the crunchy pieces of pork really set it off. The sigature Loco Taco had unbelievable flavor! Sandra and Susan were so kind and I really enjoyed meeting them. I found my new favorite place to eat in the outerbanks. 😁 You have to try this place!!!

Really cool and friendly atmosphere. The Al pastor, ribeye and Loco were delicious! If we had know they were going to be so amazing, we would have ordered more in our to go order! Chips and guac were good and fresh. They were out of the street corn and apologized...but that shows it must be delish too ;-). Will be back most definitely!

What an experience.... Went to grab a quick bite but got so much more!
I didn't get that "fast food feeling" where the people behind the serving counter calls out "next! “ as soon as they got your money and left you with a greasy over priced piece of junk food, at all.
Instead, the service was fast, sufficient and so so welcoming.
The pricing was more than acceptable, the portions was ample, and the taste!! Oh my word! Just what we needed to turn our beach experience into a great memory.
Defenitly adding Taco Loco on my bucket list for our next visit.

The food was amazing! We stopped in after a round of golf and we’re very impressed. Best street tacos we have had in a very long time. Very fresh and delicious. We will be returning this week before our vacation is over.

Amazing tasting food! The Ribeye Tacos are incredible. They had a relationship with Growlers to Go (2 doors down) so they literally walked It down to us… such a great experience.

One of my favorite places for take out at the Outer Banks in Kitty Hawk. The food is always made to order and the guacamole is made fresh daily with out preservatives. They have many options for the meat lovers or vegetarians and usually have a fish or shrimp taco daily special as well! Closed Sunday and Monday but open 11-7 Tuesday through Saturday

I had the best experience here!! The Mexican street corn was amazing. When I visited they were unfortunately out of the habanero salsa so the chef made a salsa really quick after I told her what I liked. It was awesome. I would definitely recommend coming to this restaurant, the food and the service are unmatched!!!

Absolutely delicious!!! We got the two special tacos- fish and steak, the chicken quesadilla, and the Mexican corn on the cob... so good!!!!! If I had to choose, I’d say the steak was our favorite, but they were all top notch! And don’t get just one- trust me, you’ll want another! Go check them out. Super awesome family folks who own it, too!! I think they’ll be around the obx for a while!!!

I’m so grateful Taco Loco opened up in Kitty Hawk. As a local with lots of food sensitivities, it’s challenging to find healthy food options that aren’t stripped down. I LOVE their veggie tostada... $10 for the most delicious one I’ve ever eaten (ps- I used to live on the border of Mexico!)! The tacos are scrumptious, their fresh guacamole and salsa are to die for, and they’re the nicest people! A must-visit spot for locals and visitors!!

Delicious! Plenty of fresh lime and cilantro with my shrimp tortilla bowl and the refried beans were the best I’ve ever had. A must-stop if you like authentic Mexican food

I love the kale bowl with steak chunks on it. The spice that is baked on the bowl shells is so tasty and the bowl is crunchy. The contents are flavorful and the staff is friendly and welcoming. it's great!

This place is incredible. The employees are super welcoming and the food is phenomenal. This spot used to be the Taco Bar, but my food today blew me away. So, so good.

The tacos are amazing! We tried the chicken, al pastor, pork belly and black bean. They were all so delicious! We will be going back to try the other menu items before we leave!

Wow. You saved our trip, the food was incredible. Fresh ingredients and well prepared. Staff very welcoming and friendly. It's nice to know where to eat excellent food when I'm in the area.

Fresh and flavorful food. This is not your typical taco bar. The ingredients and flavor blends will keep you coming back for more. The guacamole is made fresh daily with Haas avocados, so it has that light and creamy texture and is not loaded down with additives or preservatives. You can't go wrong choosing any of the quesadillas, they are so filling. Or just ask and they will make you a burrito. Definitely try it if you like authentic flavors and food that is not your typical tex/mex.

What an excellent addition to the OBX dining options. They just opened a week ago so there might be a few wrinkles for them to smooth out; all the same, they are on the right track. For one, they are more committed than the same-site predecessor who operated the OBTB more as a hobby than a business.

The menu is spot on. I tried 3 of their 4 street tacos, the al pastor, chicken verde, and pork belly. All hit the spot. They are $4 a piece, but that's probably fair. Maybe they'll consider a combo discount, like 3 for $10?

I also tried the fresh tortilla corn chips with pico, and added a side of guacamole. Great combo! Everything made fresh, daily. The chips are light and zesty.

And i caved and tried an ear of street style corn on the cob. Made to order, it was worth the wait. (And even though it says that on the menu, it is true.)

Hard to believe this is a one-off, considering how polished everything looks, especially the graphics. On the whole the place is light and airy, very comfortable. I get the feeling they could get you in and out if you were in a hurry, but that they won't mind if you want to simply enjoy a leisurely paced meal.

Great food, friendly people, nice place. The tortilla chips had interesting seasoning on them, and came with nice salsa and guacamole. Elote and burrito were good as well. Check this place out!

This place is FANTASTIC! We ordered 2 of every Taco and every bite was amazing. The staff was so friendly and this now our MUST EAT location for the OBX!
