Great crew here. Justin did a very thorough job walking me through all the aspects of the bike. Even helped me setup my roof rack. Above and beyond. Will be my go to bike shop.

We continue to get great service from Sycamore. We came in on Monday with a wheel needing repair. We expected to leave it but they were able to make the repairs while we waited!

These folks are so nice and welcoming. I usually feel really nervous and intimidated talking bikes, however didn't feel that way at all here. They helped set up my new bike so that it fit perfectly and walked me through the different features and how to adjust things as needed. They were super thorough and actually explained things in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel like an idiot, hooray! Absolutely loving my new bike and highly recommend you check them out.

Charlie was great there, very knowledgeable and had great tips on caring for my bike. Super quick service and explained what he was doing during the repair which was nice for a biking newbie like me. Also gave good advice on fixing a part myself instead of buying a new one.

Fantastic Service. I was in town visiting family and my bike was not working correctly. I walked in and told them the issue. I asked how long it would take to get it in for a repair. To my surprise, they took my bike on the spot and 15 minutes later they had diagnosed and repaired the issue. Not only did they fix the issue, they made sure the bike was in alignment, corrected the angle of handle bar grips. Over and above! Friendly and helpful. Best bike shop service I have ever had.

Excellent service, spotless workshop, and stone-cold experts running the place. Special note regarding the employee named Charley who I witnessed happily going the extra mile with folks--absolutely to-notch person. Oh--they did great work on the bike!

We just had our two Giant Trance bikes serviced here and were really pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. We've had the bikes serviced in a few places and always had to readjust/rework the bike once we got it back.
When we received the bikes back in perfect condition with perfect settings on shocks, dropper post, etc. We highly recommend them for maintenance in the future.

The staff has been great. Always helpful, friendly. Recently bought a used kids bike at a great price. I’ve had more contact with the Hendersonville location, but have no reservations about either location and I think this is a great bike shop.

This goes for both Hendersonville & Brevard locations: I LOVE SYCAMORE CYCLES!! I have loved pedaling my whole life. I can't tell you how many bike shops I've been in over the years & how many times I've been ignored in a bike shop. It's sad. All the staff I've ever worked with from sales to service at Sycamore is there to get you on a bike & grinning ear to ear. Let them help you get your new ride or get your current bike in top shape for maximum fun!

Fantastic group of professionals, very high attention to detail and great customer service both before and after the sale. Good amount of parts/things in stock, everything you need from a local bike shop. What's even better is they're invested in the community that supports them!

We have gone to this store 2X now, both times for something minor and they gave us the same courteous and helpful attention as those people that were there getting expensive things or more in depth repairs. VERY good store that we will use for any of our bike needs. I also noticed from overhearing conversations, etc. of the staff that they are very knowledgeable and know their stuff. Highly recommend this store. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!!

I came in the shop on a Saturday morning with no appointment and two cross bikes that came straight from a race, one of them with a broken deralieur hanger and the other with shifting issues. They took such amazing care of both bikes, not only repairing them but also cleaning them, lubing, adjusting the brakes and making sure they were in perfect condition and ready to race for Sunday. You can see their passion for bikes and I love that. Big thanks!

Bought (2) mountain bikes here a few days ago, amazing buying experience, our sales person focused on helping us from beginning to end, made adjustments to our bikes, worked with my wife and I until we left with our bikes, all at a great value. I would recommend these folks to anyone

Had to get a couple bikes tuned and these guys did an excellent job. Charlie really took the time to explain what he would do and updated me along the way. Once I got the bikes back they rode flawlessly. These guys are honest and trustworthy and I'd happily let them operate on my bikes any time!

Just getting back into biking and these are the guys to talk to regarding what’s new and different. I bought a used bike until I get back in the groove and buy a brand new sled from Sycamore. In the meantime, Austin and the rest of the crew are more than helpful without being pushy or up selling or taking advantage of my decade lapse on knowing what’s necessary in the latest and greatest in the cycling world.
