Stopped in for a pint at Burning Blush and happens upon this food truck. Very sweet and courteous family staff. We had the Sandwhich de Milanese and some of the spinach empanadas. The whole menu was perfect for a little bit of everyone. Really the food was Fantastic! Great seasoning and well worth taking a bite or two. Cheers!

Excellent empanadas! Made fresh while you wait. Perfect lunch stop between Asheville and Charleston! Just 5 min off the highway.

The food was amazing! But the SERVICE, was the best I've ever had. I stopped at the truck when it was parked in West Asheville. It was a typical spring afternoon with surprise snow storms and freezing cold. The gentleman saw I had my children in the car and came out to MY window! He insisted on serving us in the warmth of our own vehicle. I will gladly stop at this truck whenever I see it in the future!

I'm a huge fan of food trucks and this one won't disappoint! Very good and very authentic food, there's not many places I would tell friends and family about but this was most certainly one of them. I recommend anybody in the area check them out. Support your small business owners!

I love their empanadas so much. They also made me a large order for an event. Excellent service and food. Hands down one of the best food trucks in WNC.

Every choice on their menu is the right choice, making ordering a puzzle every time. The "Gaucho" is the best sandwich I've had in recent memory. Nice people, awesome service.

Empanadas were awesome. Others enjoyed sandwich pollo, gaucho completo. All were impressed with the flavors and quality of food. Absolutely outstanding!!!! A must try you’ll enjoy!!!!
