I really like this office and the staff. They are extremely professional and nice. Everyone is calm and seem to work well together. My cleaning was a great experience. I am going back in May to have a crown put on. They did not pressure me in any way to have a root canal or anything else that isn't necessary. I am very happy I switched. 😊

patient care. All of their staff are caring, kind and efficient. I had terrible tooth pain and got a rapid appointment which had to be changed to the next day because of a family emergency. Such wonderful and professional people! Thank you!

I always have an excellent experience at Hendersonville Dentistry, where I've gone for 15 years. Drs. Black and Bauer are personable, professional, and highly skilled. Patient satisfaction is paramount for them. The support staff are excellent also, which tells me how carefully they are vetted. I have recommended this practice to many others.

I arrived early for my appointment and was quickly processed and then went to the Dentist, Doctor Black, who provided a complete and thorough exam. We reviewed the results and made arrangements for further care based on the exam. Very professional but still friendly with Doctor Black explaining the results and the reasons for the recommended further care.

To the extent a visit to the dentist can be a positive experience, they make it one. Staff is friendly and good at what they do. Dr Black is a consummate professional, and explains everything in advance to put you at ease. Very little waiting. Highly recommend.

I LOVE coming to this office and who likes to go to the dentist! The staff - all of them - are fabulous. My hygienist is Heather. She’s adorable, gentle but gets those “Pearlie’s” clean and brags when I brush and floss well! We all love a little positive support!
Dr. Bower is young (Yay! He won’t retire next week!), very professional and particular about making things right! He just filled a tooth recently that had been such an annoyance for me! It’s wonderful now! I’m so happy that I changed to this practice!

Heather is an exceptional hygienist. She’s proficient as well as gentle. Heather also does a great job scheduling appointments and staying on time.

Dr. Blake is wonderful as well as the front desk staff.

Great communication from start with office staff to finish with dental assistant & the dentist herself. Explained what to expect and appropriate times involved for each step in process. I have some pretty strong dental phobia and they kept me informed which kept me relaxed throughout the entire lengthy procedure. I finally found the dental practice to stick with long term!

I have been very impressed with both Dr. Black and Dr. Bower, although I typically see Dr. Bower. They are knowlegable, professional, on-time, kind, and CLEAN (self proclaimed germaphobe here). The staff is all of the above also. Their office is nice with good magazines, and calming music as well.

Dr Bower and staff are always friendly and supportive. I had need of office staff support last week for instance and they were more than patient and supportive as I figured out my insurance situation. I particularly enjoy my visits to the hygienist featuring the dentist.

So relaxed and professional, on time and friendly. Just love the people I see, just wish we could talk more. I feel they recommend work because it’s necessary, not because they need the billing.

Hendersonville Dentistry is the best dental practice I have ever been to. From the staff to hygienists to Dr. Black, all are friendly and super professional. And Dr. Black is the finest dentist I every had. She explains things very well and is always concerned about your comfort.

I just moved to Hendersonville Dentistry due to insurance. Everyone was really great. Very communicative, explaining what and why we were doing throughout the visit. I’m glad I made the move!

I so appreciated being able to get right in when I called with an issue. Dr Bowers was great, thorough, and in tune to my tooth sensitivity issue. I needed an endodontic specialist and the office got all that set up for me. I was so happy to get the immediate attention I needed, and put in the hands of specialist who could resolve my problem. All the staff and front desk people in this office were great, and I am glad to be having my dental needs handled by them.
